Pacific gallery has done excellent framing for us on a variety of projects over the past 12 years; we send friends and clients to them for any kind of conventional framing, as they are economical yet do work of the highest quality.

I tend to hold Picture Framing shops to a very high standard and Pacific Gallery and Frames is one of the highest quality framing shops I have ever worked with. I would trust them with almost anything. This is one of the very few framing shops that actually hinges art work properly using Japanese tissue rather then using adhesive tapes. One of the finest shops I have ever worked with.

Amazing customer service. You can tell that they actually know what they are doing. My frame was expensive, I’m not going to lie, but I know my artwork was framed in such a way as to preserve its beauty for years to come.

Everything in my house was framed by Pacific Gallery. I’ve currently got a beautiful Tibetan dragon scroll, museum mounted, a floated Panama Mola, and a few James Koga prints (purchased there).
They are professional, courteous, and most of all — have worked with me to understand my style and placement in my home. They have a huge selection — and do a lot of custom work using archival, museum-​quality materials and techniques.

I had two things framed here, one was a poster and one was a painting on Egyptian papyrus. The people at the store took the time to see how different frames looked and made recommendations to me. They both seemed genuinely interested in making sure the final result looked good. Their selection of framing and glass are awesome.
They have their own parking lot in front of the store so you don’t have to worry about finding a place to park.
This is the first and only framing gallery I’ve used in Honolulu, so I’m not sure how prices compare with other places. But I thought they were reasonable considering the size of my items and the frames and glass I chose. Turnaround was a couple weeks on each item, so about the same as any frame shop I’ve dealt with in the past.
I’m very pleased with how both items turned out: beautiful, quality work. I will go back here for my next framing job.
