My first time here I got the highly reccomended cinnamon latte which let me tell you was quite perfect. I even got it again the next morning. I also ordered the portobello sandwich(grilled mushrooms, baby arugula, tomato, herb vinaigrette and spicy mayo) if your a mushroom person then this sandwich is for you! I love this place and the people who work here are delightful.

Location/Parking: This cute neighborhood breakfast spot is located in the heart of Manoa past the Manoa Marketplace. It shares the same building as Bangkok Chef and Finance Factor. There is ample parking of 10 – 15 parking spaces. Food: They offer dine in and take out for the food items. They are known for the Mac and Cheese Pancakes but I chose the Portuguese sausage fried rice omelet since I was sharing my meal with my little one. We also ordered a side of Apple smoked bacon that my daughter devoured. A nice older gentleman treated my daughter to a blueberry scone while we waited for a friend. The scone was delicious. Drinks: They serve all types of coffee drinks and teas. I ordered the Vietnamese iced coffee at the counter while I waited for my friend. My coffee was sweet and it wasn’t as strong as how a Vietnamese restaurant would make it. Price: The fried rice omelet was $ 9 and the side order of bacon cost over $ 3. The coffee cost over $ 4. Wait Time: Expect a 20 – 30 minute wait if you want to dine in on the weekend. You are able to order coffee and pastries while you wait. Overall, I’m glad I tried this place out. I do want to come back to try the Mac and Cheese Pancakes.

I LOVE Morning Glass. The baristas are great, baked goods delightful, and the environment is cute! I’m a regular because of their amazing service, and delectable goods.. . Easily my current favorite café when it comes to the quality of product and service. My personal favorites are the matcha chocolate scones, the guava rice crispy treats, and of course, my iced cinnamon honey latte! I guarantee if you ask them for Paige’s order, they will probably make you my latte! I think you know a place is good when there are regulars who all know each other, and names are known by the employees, and vice versa.

We decided not to stay in Waikiki just to avoid the crowd and tourists. Lol so i picked a residential neighborhood. This coffee shop seemed very popular among residents. Kona coffee is the best hehe. I tried the burrito(the right amount) and Mac cheese pancake(a little bit too greasy for my taste). Come before 8am/or7:40am to get a seat.

Morning Glass is such a quaint, chill café. It’s definitely not a Starbucks. I don’t know if could say what I like most-their coffee(which is a work of art), their amazing scones and breakfast things(blueberry scones mmmm!), or their sandwiches! There is almost always a long line(90−95% of the time), but if you don’t have to get to some place in a hurry, it’s worth the wait! Sometimes you’re lucky and there’s a lot of parking and a very short line or just one person in front of you. They only have one register, but all the baristas are super nice and cool. They have several tables inside, but it’s an open café so you still feel like you’re outside. Their scones are delicious and start your day off right if you’re in Manoa in the morning. Blueberry scones, Lemon scones, Strawberry scones(and different mixtures of different flavors of scones), coffee cakes… just thinking about it makes me wish it was morning already! And there are many more awesome flavors that I’ve yet to try because I’ve been so hooked on the ones I have tried! Morning Glass is also known for their sandwiches and famous macaroni pancakes, but my favorite is their BAT sandwich-bacon, avocado, and tomato. If you like authentic coffee, enjoy a good scone, or want to try something new, Morning Glass is definitely the place to check out next.

Fast, friendly service. Excellent quality coffee. Ono food. I’ve been here a few times now. Coffee quality is consistently very good and all the food items I’ve tried have been great. Today I had a macchiato and finally tried the Mac N Cheese Pancakes with Applewood smoked bacon. It was a lot of food and I couldn’t finish it. The macchiato was remarkably good. I’ll be back next time I come to Honolulu.

Great breakfast location in beautiful Manoa Valley. Food is fantastic but don’t expect a table or your food/coffee right away. This is t fast did and the superior quality reflects that.

Wasn’t impressed with this place. Their breakfast bahn mi has a lot going on that you can’t really taste the prosciutto. Service seems to be faster for take out than dine in but if you have time to kill then sure it’d be nice to enjoy a coffee here but I wouldn’t go out of my way unless you really want their Stumptown coffee. As my friend Cat T. mentioned to me yes, I wasn’t missing out on much. Make sure to sign in first in order to get a seat. Best time to go is right before they open.

I came here for a late breakfast/coffee after a quick hike nearby at Pu’u Pia. We unfortunately got here around 1045am which was too late for breakfast, and also a little too early for lunch which starts at 11a.m. Our cashier referred this as the«Twilight Zone» lol. We agreed to just order our coffees and baked goods while we wait for them to start lunch. I ordered a caramel latte with almond milk which was a little on the sweet side but still yummy and fulfilled my caffeine fix! I also appreciate any coffee shop that does latte art even if it’s busy(I got a cute swirly heart design on mine)! My friend and I ordered and shared their blueberry bread pudding, a honey ginger scone, and a B.A.T. sandwich. The bread pudding was moist on the inside and had a delicious brown sugar crumble on top with blueberries. The scone had pieces of candied ginger baked throughout and had a light flavored honey icing on top. This was a little dry but eating it along with my coffee helped. The sandwich was the winner of our meal! The ciabatta bread was soft and airy. not sure if they buy or make the bread themselves. Inside the sandwich was bacon, arugula(my favorite!), and tomato with just the perfect amount of mayo. It came with a side of pickled vegetables and a mixed salad. I would definitely come back for this sandwich! Overall, I had a nice experience here. There seemed to be a good mix of locals and tourists so it seems to be busy all of the time. The parking here is limited but fortunately we found street parking right out front. It’s a cute little open-air café with yummy baked goods and coffees in the middle of Manoa. who wouldn’t want to check this place out to escape town?

Every weekend: «Where is there to eat?» Following that of course is the automatic reaction to jump on Unilocal. The answer to this question today: «Let’s try Morning Glass Coffee in Manoa.» Off to Manoa we went. Located a block away from the Manoa Marketplace on East West Road, next to Finance Factors and Bangkok Chef, you can find Morning Glass. It’s a small café that fits about 20 people. They do get busy so be sure to arrive early or choose take out. Feeling the hanger creeping up on us, we decided to get take out. I was a little bummed that we couldn’t take out their skillet dishes, but duh, it makes sense. The skillet dishes do look really yummy. I settled for an omelette filled with half kimchee fried rice and Portuguese sausage. For about $ 8, it was a pretty decent sized. If you’re a dude, that plus a scone will probably be perfect for you. The fried rice was wrapped up in a thin bacon egg blanket. It was pretty good with bacon in every bite. The kimchee fried rice was a little spicy, just the way I like it! Finally, it was topped with a spicy mayo like sauce. Overall, I’d recommend the omelette. My boyfriend decided to get one of the specials. It came with potatoes and an omelette filed with hamburger and spinach. It was stuffed with some other stuff, but didn’t get a bite. Sad face. It was a little bit smaller than my plate which still had him hungry after. In terms of flavor, I think the fried rice omelette had a lot more flavor. Next time we know, to get an omelette. If you’re on the go, they do have various scones, biscuits, cookies and bread pudding available. I’ll be sure to try that the next time we visit. The girls serving the counter were nice. I give them so much credit with running a busy shop. All in all, the food and coffee is pretty good. Be sure to check them out if you’re in the area.

It’s hard traveling and going out with children. I had my son and my daughter and saw a table and sat down. Apparently a lady and her daughter who was right in front of my wife saw this and complained to the staff who asked me to get up with my children. It would be nice to have a little understanding. I really didn’t want to order anything but my wife had already ordered. She really liked her ice coffee, but my latte was just a little better than Starbucks and not worth the price. The bread pudding was alright as well, a little too much sugar sprinkled on top though. If you want a nice place to sit down with your daughter and enjoy a cup of coffee, don’t go here. If you want to take a picture of yourself drinking coffee to post on facebook then you might like it.

Quality: coffee, tea, baked goods, breakfast and lunch with a no-frills, wait-your-turn business model. These folks take pride in their product; I take take pride in being a customer and supporting an awesome little business! Seriously, Morning glass is a quaint, hip breakfast/lunch café in the heart of Manoa… These folks have an eclectic selection of coffee/tea drinks, breakfast plates and sandwiches. Every aspect of their dishes has been thought out and been given attention. Don’t believe me? Take their burgers for example: Grass fed, hand made patties of Big Island Beef, with locally grown arugula, a slice Gruyère, on a to-die-for in house made ciabatta bun! And thats not even to mention the amazing homemade pickles that accompany the burgers!!! Did I mention a small side of greens too?!! Their coffee beans are –to me– perfectly roasted; never bitter. Do yourself a favor, take a chill-pill and head up to Morning Glass for a beautifully smooth cappuccino and some grub. Be patient.

Despite the long wait, morning glass made me like them. They had me with their lattes, but not only are their lattes worth it, but so is their breakfast. It was all delicious and satisfying! My camera malfunctioned when I tried to take a money shot I what I ordered, but it was the Alii mushroom omelette. I’m def coming back so I can try everything else on their menu.

Personally, I really like Morning Glass! I’ve only been. I think. Twice, now, but I was very pleased with my two experiences. The most recent time I went, I went with a friend. We parked at Manoa Marketplace because let’s be real, the parking at Morning Glass is quite impossible. However it’s only a two minute walk over and there’s pretty much a guarantee that Manoa Marketplace will have parking. When we went, the seating area was full, but by the time we ordered a table for two opened up in the back corner. Perfect! We were able to sit by the window and not cramped between two tables. The vibe here is chill, almost beach-y in my opinion. Manoa is pretty breezy and because it’s kind of an open area, you’re never sweating or uncomfortable. There’s limited seating, and it can get pretty crowded, but it’s a great feeling to sit down and have your meal. I hate waiting, but I was lucky to find a seat as quickly as I did. Food! I had the ever-so-famous, Mac and Cheese Pancakes. And WOW. I really enjoyed them. I’m an advocate for the salty-sweet combo, which is exactly what this was! I did need some water on the side when it became a little much, but don’t think I didn’t finish that plate! You really don’t know what to expect until you have it, or at least, I didn’t. I was pleasantly surprised. I wouldn’t want that any other way. Just try it! Maybe share with someone if you’re unsure? I also got the iced green tea latte, which was light and yummy for the morning! It was sweet, but I wish it had a bit more flavor to be honest. However, I would really like to try some of the other drinks on their menu. They seem pretty interesting! My friend had the lemon ginger iced tea, and we both really liked it. So refreshing. Give it a try! I would like to come back and try other things on the menu, even if it’s just a drink and a scone. The scones look killer, btw! I really wanted to get one last time but I was full of Mac and Cheese pancakes. :(Anyways, I would definitely recommend Morning Glass. Maybe try to go on a weekday, as I’m sure there will be less people! Hope you enjoy your experience as much as I did mine. :)

Ooh yes, Morning Glass Coffee makes me so happy. The food is always good, no matter which meal you go for. I have had the great privilege of eating their Friday burger, weekend brunch, and the usual weekday lunch panini offerings. Every time I’ve visited, the food is delicious and service is very friendly. For brunch, we came early – before they even opened because we incorrectly thought they opened at 7, when they actually open at 7:30. Even though we were 25 minutes early, we were still the third group on the waiting list. But the line wasn’t unreasonable after that and the throughput steady. We tried the mac & cheese pancakes, skillet baked eggs, cinnamon roll, and a scone. Everything was delicious. The pancakes aren’t just a novelty – they actually taste great. The cheese is crisp and the pancake’s flavor holds up well on its own. Eggs were perfectly cooked and all of their baked items are always delightful. Their burger is excellent just like all their other food and it’s an event since you can only get it one day a week. It’s rich, without making you feel sick afterward and the flavor combos are always spot on. My only complaint is that in the summer it can be uncomfortably hot to eat there because it is an open air restaurant, but it’s also part of their charm.

My most favorite coffee house on the Island. These folks are real coffee connoisseurs. Lattes are well crafted and perfectly flavored and well decorated. Pour over coffees are made with your choice of beans from around the world. Ethiopian is my favorite and you can buy the beans here also. It’s amazing how flavorful these pour-over coffees are. Pastries and breakfast plates are top notch. My favorite is the Omelette en Casuela with bacon and cheese. Super tasty and filling!

Morning Glass Coffee and Café is one of the best cafes on the island! It’s hipster, fresh, inventive and delicious! And, judging by the long lines, many people think the same thing. Parking: Maybe it’s partly(mostly) because I’m lazy, but I rarely make an effort to visit places with limited parking. MGC+C only has a handful of stalls, but it is SO worth waiting/fighting/crying in that parking lot or parking far away and walking in the Manoa rain. Restaurant: Small, definitely intimate. «Hipster-chic with island influences” – the way a fancy interior decorator would describe it. There are a handful of no-frills tables to sit at as long as you order and pay first.(I think they used to have a sign-in sheet system but dropped it during breakfast?) There’s a small coffee bar area and a cozy display case with fresh baked goods. Food: To live for! The café menu is pretty extensive. I don’t really drink coffee, but the pour over coffee was nice. I also had a green tea latte with almond milk that was gone(down my stomach) too soon. There are plenty of places that have soy, but almond milk is rare so props to MG! The breakfast menu is short and sweet, not overwhelming and boring like most places. My favorites are the Kim Chee Fried Rice Omelette and the Mac n Cheese Pancakes. You should try the scones(strawberry orange is my fav). I don’t think it’s pricey. In fact, the portion sizes are more than big enough for $ 8. Service: Always friendly, which is nice, especially on Sunday mornings when you’re half awake and need a pick me up. In summary, MGC+C will give you life!

I could probably even go five stars on this. Our bacony-english muffin thing(I forget what it was called) and our mac and cheese pancakes were great. As far as I can tell, the progenitor of the original mac and cheese pancake was Kenny Shopsin down in NYC’s Lower East Side. I’ve had Shopsin’s and Morning Glass blows it out of the water. Also the coffee was great. While it’s cool they have stumptown and four barrel, Hawaii has such good coffee it almost seems unnecessary to import any. But hey, variety is the spice of life.

When in Manoa, stop by Morning Glass Coffee + Café! Came here with a friend last Saturday for brunch. The place was crowded at 11am but we didn’t have to wait too long(around 20 minutes). We shared the portuguese sausage fried rice omelette, banana scone, & house toast(rustic french loaf). We each also ordered an iced tea. The prices were fair and so were the portions. It was actually the perfect amount of food for my friend & I to finish and not feel overly full. My favorite was probably the house toast. You get four decent slices served with strawberry jam and butter! Yum! Since then, I have already been back to get an iced tea. I think it’s my new favorite place for unsweetened iced tea! =) Will definitely be back to dine-in again soon!

Ever since my best friend told me about the glorious mac and cheese pancakes from Morning Glass, I’ve wanted to visit the breakfast eatery. I finally got the chance recently; a friend and I showed up at 7:20 a.m. on a Saturday and there was already a line. A short one, but a line nevertheless. I knew that Morning Glass was a popular breakfast/brunch destination, and since they open at 7:30 a.m. on the weekends, I wanted to be early. This restaurant is on the smaller side, with limited seating, but fortunately, we were the fourth party to be seated that morning. You can order take-out from this restaurant, but I overheard a staff member say that priority is given to the dine-in customers. Unfortunately, it took more than 45 minutes for us to get our food … one of the managers told us that our order got pushed back because there was a large order before ours, but we had a feeling that our order got lost in the shuffle. However, the manager was really nice and gave us a homemade honey butter biscuit on the house. That was nice of them, since we were starving! Regardless of the slow service during our visit, I would revisit Morning Glass because of the homey, comfortable atmosphere, as well as the food. The cuisine definitely delivered — I love breakfast fare and the dishes at Morning Glass didn’t disappoint. Here’s what we got: «Macaroni + Cheese Pancakes»: These were the pancakes that I was waiting to try forever. The entrée consists of two pancakes filled with elbow macaroni and aged Vermont cheddar, and you can add applewood smoked bacon for $ 2 more. I opted for the additional bacon, but I asked for my bacon to be extra crispy. I saw some photos of the bacon on Unilocal, and in some cases, it looked soggy and floppy. I prefer crispy bacon, so I was pleased upon seeing the bacon looked thoroughly cooked and I could crunch on it with every bite. The mac and cheese pancakes were thinner than I expected them to be, but they were heavy at the same time because they were sufficiently filled with that elbow macaroni. I don’t often encounter aged Vermont cheddar in mac and cheese, so this was a welcome treat. I was disappointed upon first bite because I didn’t experience a really cheesy flavor at the fringe of the pancake, but it’s when you hit the soft middle that you really encounter that sharp, strong cheesy flavor. There’s a layer of harder cheese baked on top, and you also get the soft, gooey cheese-laden macaroni on the inside of the pancake. All that’s topped off with a side of maple syrup. I love a salty-sweet combo done right, and the maple syrup does these pancakes justice. You get the savory cheesy taste from the pancakes and the crowning touch of sweetness from all the maple. I normally don’t like my pancakes covered with syrup, but this is an exception. «Mexi-Moco»: My friend was torn between this and the«Biscuits + Gravy,» but he ended up going with this one because it was just added to the menu. This spin on the traditional«Loco Moco» featured a spicy kulana beef patty on Mexican fried rice and ranchero sauce topped with Tijuana tartar sauce, a sunny side-up egg and fresh cilantro. It came with a side of pickled red onions. My friend said that the dish didn’t taste bad, but it just wasn’t as spicy and Mexican as he imagined it would be. He said it didn’t pass as legit Mexican fare and said it was an interesting mix between a comforting loco moco and die-hard Mexican. He said it was interesting to try, but was still left wanting(and craving Mexican food) after he finished his dish. «Biscuits + Gravy»: If I didn’t get those mac and cheese pancakes, this was the entrée I would have ordered. It consists of homemade buttermilk biscuits, Shinsato Farms pork sauage patty, over-easy Kalei egg and country-style pork gravy. I can’t wait to order this entrée next time. I already know the biscuits here are a winner, thanks to the flaky but moist honey butter biscuit we got to try. I’m interested to try the sausage patty and I’m sure the eggs and gravy add to the savoriness of the dish. «Fried Rice Omelette»: Because I really like the«Fried Rice Omelette» at Boots & Kimos, I am really curious to try the one here. It features scrambled Kalei eggs filled with Portuguese sausage and kim chee fried rice, and it comes topped with spicy mayo. Definitely can’t wait to try this combo because of the kim chee fried rice and the spicy mayo that adorns this omelette. «Cheeseburger Pancake»: I love sweet pancakes, but the pancakes offered here are both savory options. Although I really liked the mac and cheese pancakes and I would gladly order them again, I can’t wait to try this other savory option one day. These pancakes are filled with grass-fed kulana beef, onions, spicy mayo and aged Vermont cheddar, and they are topped with arugula.

I dig this coffee shop in Manoa! There’s a Starbucks a block away, a Coffee Bean at Manoa Marketplace but I still rather be here! No specials or stamp card that I’m aware of but great stumptown coffee and awesome teas! Pros: — Top notch coffee and teas! — Matcha latte! Divine! — Baked goods! Scones and fresh sammies! Yummy! — Cool vibe! Feels like a classic coffee shop! — Lots of air! Seriously lol! Open walls so fresh air everywhere! Cons: — Can be pricy but then again top quality! — If it’s crowded more than likely you’ll be sharing a table! — One barista hates me =( — Seating Nazis! Lol! Don’t save a seat even if there’s a dozen of you! You’d be yelled at! I can dig it! The bottom line is great coffee and teas! Yummy baked goods and food! I think breakfast is only on the weekends but it’s probably the best thing on the menu! I will return but don’t be in a rush getting in or getting out! That’s a warning yo!

For years people keep recommending Morning Glass for breakfast/brunch and I knew I’d get there eventually. Luckily, I finally have! Located in the heart of the Manoa Valley, it’s such a quiet and refreshing area to spend your weekend morning. The Café is much smaller than I imagined. Obviously with a small size and popularity comes a wait. My dining companion and I waited about 45 minutes, but it was well worth it. The café is all open air, which is the best way to eat. I loved the naturally stained wood tables and stools. It was such a simple aesthetic on which to enjoy my food. The café is also a coffee shop/bar that smelled excellent. I’m not a coffee drinker, but I do love tea so I opted for an iced unsweetened tea to accompany my breakfast. It was super strong and delicious, just the light wake-up I needed. We were seated near the wall of hot teas, so of course my eyes wandered. I read about Steven Smiths Teas while we were waiting for our food and eventually decided on a box of Lord Bergamot, which my dining companion purchased for me. After talking a while about the tea with the waiter, he graciously gave me two additional types to try for free. It was a nice addition to our breakfast. The menu isn’t big, but all the selections sound so perfectly delicious, it’s hard to choose. I had an omelette skillet with applewood smoked bacon. I usually avoid scrambled eggs, but these were fluffy and not overcooked. The vegetables and cheese tasted delicious together. My companion had a dish with fried rice, which was also excellent– I couldn’t help by have some too! The mood in the restaurant was jovial, such a pleasant and relaxed way to start the day. For locals and tourists alike, if you want a dining experience out of the city, this is the place to come!

I’m snapping my fingers while I think and hearing my stomach growl at the same time. Thinking on an empty stomach isn’t a very good combination. But I was put on the pressure stool to come up with a place to have lunch with some lady friends. Thankfully my girlfriend decided to take the lead and is a coffee shop addict. She decided she wanted to recommend this place for brunch during girls day. I’ve always wanted to go to a place that’s not too uppity but kick back, filled with a lot of cool people. When I said a lot of people, I wasn’t kidding. When we arrived, there were a lot of people on the wait list for brunch. People of all sorts were present. Singles, families, couples and people who are just sitting having a nice early morning coffee chat on a routine. We waited about 30 minutes for a table for our small group. It’s not so bad if you’re not too hungry. You will need to put your name on the clip board which is located on the wooden post before you enter their brick and mortar. While waiting you’re also able to order beverages. The atmosphere is simple and not a whole lot of space with the amount of customers they serve on a daily basis. Drinks available are from different varieties of coffees to Vietnamese style coffee, iced tea/hot teas(other options of teas also available), latte/green tea latte, hot chocolate(my kind of drink), house made sodas and more. I’m normally not a coffee person since they’re too bitter for my liking. However, I decided on a latte and it was actually not bad! My latte was served on a pint glass over a nice latte art. Their menu is not overwhelming but not one dish is simple. Keep in mind there’s a Weekday Breakfast menu and a Weekend Brunch Menu. So don’t get your heart set on one that you can’t get on either days. The weekend brunch menu has a nice choice of dishes. Since my friends and I came on a Saturday morning, all of us decided on the Mac & Cheese Pancake with bacon(no we didn’t share). At first I was a bit skeptical because I love sweets and I love salt but I wasn’t so sure how it was going to be until I had my first bite. I added the syrup since I love syrup with my pancakes. I was a bit confused because I didn’t have enough of one thing. I added the bacon and syrup together and savored every bite. It was delicious! I wish they gave more than just two sticks of bacon though! Our server was super nice and attentive with everything and chatted with us throughout our meal. I’ve also had the chance to come back here for a take out order. Their Fried Rice Omelette is amazing! I called in my order and it was ready in 10 minutes. Easy walk in and walk out kind of service. Make sure you work out the day you order this. It’s on the greasy side and will probably stick to you for a while. But it was worth ordering, hands down. Parking can be limited since they share the lot with a Thai restaurant, street parking is also an option or parking near the grocery store nearby. Over all it’s a 4.5 stars in my book. Enough for me to come back with friends and try others in their menu.

This is a local joint for us and I am happy to report that this visit was quite good. We have avoided the place for some time now because our first couple of experiences were poor. On these past occasions, the staff gave lots of attitude and were not very friendly. Today, however, it seems as if the staff is just the opposite. All were very friendly, helpful, knowledgable, and competent. We asked for seating with our dog and they were happy to accommodate. Very nice. The food was great! I had the Breakfast Tacos, my husband had the Mac and Cheese Pancakes(these had to be tried), and our friend had the Biscuits and Gravy. My tacos were excellent. The eggs were local, came in a cast iron skillet, and had potatoes and other yummies mixed in. Tortillas were on the side, as were the marinated onions, pico de gallo, and cotija cheese. The Pancakes tasted like Mac and Cheese with maple syrup, so no complaints there! My husband said they were«excellent». Our friend reports the biscuits and gravy were«good». We really don’t care about those since we are vegetarian. :) We got the french press Colombian coffee and this easily caffeinated three of us. This is the best bargain for coffee but sadly, all of their coffees were medium roast. I much prefer a dark roast. That’s a bit of a bummer. We are pleased the vibe of the place has improved and the staff is nicer. We will definitely go back again.

Located in Manoa, this place is easy to find. GPS the address and it takes you right to it! BUT, parking is limited. And let me tell you, this place can get crowded during peak hours. We waited about 20 – 25 minutes before we got seated. Don’t forget to sign your name in on the clipboard! We got their Vietnamese coffee. Not bad. A lot sweeter than I am used to, but still pretty good. Their Biscuits & Gravy were awesome. Comes with pork sausage. Do yourself a favor and add the bacon and fried rice. You’ll thank all of us that came before you, later. Their tacos were interesting. The eggs come out scrambled in the skillet. So I presume it is still cooking. By the end of the meal, the eggs were overlooked. But it was good when it came out! The place is small with patio-like seating. People coming and going to pick up their coffee at the counter. Service was great. I would definitely come back here if I were in the neighborhood. Check them out. Avoid the lines and go a little earlier or get there around noon-ish. The line seemed to have died down by then. Enjoy!

Dog lovers and breakfast lovers unite! I died. I died and went to heaven. Heaven is located at 2955 E Manoa Road and is called«Morning Glass Coffee + Café.» First off, this place is dog friendly! How awesome is that? I can come here with my kid and my dog. Second of all, the menu. Literally everything is drool worthy. Mac and cheese pancakes?! Sugary ooey gooey bacon?! Biscuits and gravy with fried rice?! How can you say no to any of that? Lastly, service is really great. Everybody is so friendly. They don’t judge me when I order two or three entrees for just myself! I hear this place gets really busy but I always come before they open. Remember to put your name down on the clip board! The line starts forming fast after they open. There is a small parking lot but there is also a lot of street parking in Manoa. Not only is everything about this place great, but everybody that goes here is so nice because they are dog lovers! I make so many new friends each time because our dogs become friends and we share stories about our fur-children. I love this place!

Cool spot! I came here for breakfast and coffee just before 8 a.m. on a Thursday while visiting Oahu. They have their own parking lot that allows 45 minutes, which was enough time for me to enjoy myself here. This is an open air café, so while there is a roof, the sides just have these wooden bars with netting on top and two large entryways. I really enjoyed the open breeze and it felt like sitting in a covered patio. I ordered a breakfast burrito off their Weekday Menu and also a mocha. My breakfast burrito was tasty and I liked my mocha which was made with Stumptown coffee. The service I received here was very friendly as well and we chatted a bit while she took my order. I would recommend checking them out if you are in the area and looking for breakfast.
