I refinanced my VA loan using McKay, and the entire process was much easier and smoother than I was expecting. The process took about 30 days and barely anything was required on my end. Nearly all the forms they use are electronic, so I was able to complete all the up-​front forms via email… which was much different and easier than my initial loan. McKay drove to my place a few times to get a couple forms that needed to be hand-​signed since I had no printer to print them out and mail to him. In the end he lowered my interest to 3.5%. I’m saving about $ 230 per month because of him, and had no closing costs. In fact I ended up getting a couple thousand back. All around this was a great, hassle-​free experience! Thanks McKay!
