Lacoste

Terrible sales people. Keep walking a few steps and take yourself to Neiman Marcus. I’m not sure how they do business with sales people like this. Especially the morning sales man that works weekday mornings…

I just love how they add more stylish designs on polos and tshirts. I recently purchased a lacoste polo with red and blue striped. My ultimate favorite clothing brand, LACOSTE. Cute store with many nice clothes.

I don’t think Lacoste will ever go out of style. Need something collared without going overboard? Pick a polo! Want to make it more feminine? Polo dress! Want to add sporty casual to your work outfit? Polo vest! There is a polo answer to everything!
Lacoste really has customer service down. The employees are very knowledgable of their product and sizing, but are adamant for trying on clothes before buying. They go so far as to pull brand new products from the back for you everytime instead of using the stuff on the floor.
However, the bad side to this is the fact that you are completely dependent on the 2 employees. If the store is remotely busy, you’ll have to wait to get help, even at the cash register since they pull new product for you to buy. So customer service is great but is also a hindrance.

Cute store. I came in looking for some summer walking shorts. There was a nice sales lady that was very helpful. I think her name was Lynn. It was a very pleasant shopping experience.

Great selection of high quality apparel with great service. I am never disappointed with service when I walk into this store! If you need some help with sizing or a style? See Kira. She’s the epitome of great customer service.

Lacoste shirts have a timeless and classic look with clean lines, simple colors, and of course the infamous crocodile. Their quality products stack up with a lot of other brands and simply put: are a little pricey.
Needless to say, I occasionally will peruse the selection of the store and occasionally make a purchase. After all, how many black polos do you really need (I count six in my closet, but don’t judge me!)? They last for a good time and quality shirts don’t fade despite how many times you wash it (…or don’t…).
My recent visits to the Lacoste store on the third floor of Ala Moana Center haven’t exactly been the most memorable, nor disappointing. I appreciate the laid back, un-​pretentious sales team that didn’t push their products right in front of you or hound you as if you were a piece of red meat in the lion’s den. However, the store was rather unorganized and it appeared that we were in the middle of floor set despite the fact that it was the middle of the day and about 20 or so people were filling the small-​ish space. I can appreciate their sales style… however I don’t think I can appreciate the mess when I’m paying $ 70 for a polo.

I had seen some men shoes that looked awesome so we had to stop here and look to see what they have. I can just say that have excellent customer service. As soon as we walked in it became a grand experience. They werent pushy or hawk-​ish (didn’t follow you around the store). They were however eager to help when we had questions. They also had a great sale at the time of our visit. That was a plus. We didnt have a sticker shock so you guys should check this store out you will be plesantly surprised with the prices and the quality of the merchandise.

Regular, good quality products at outlet pricing! Hallelujah! I was in around Christmas and the entire store (excluding classic polos) were an additional 40% off. To boot even some stuff was already marked down. I was able to get a «track jacket» for $ 72, a polo with a larger gator on it for $ 51, a pair of jeans for $ 37 and a leather belt for $ 25!

We always stop by here while at Ala Moana to check out there gear. Shirts are pricey but looks aint cheap. I like this store although I only have a few shirts from here. Nice Style’s of course !!

It was on the day of an outdoor funeral that I first stopped by this boutique some years ago after work looking for something comfortable, casual but presentable that I could continue to wear well after the event. I was in a rush because the service was to begin in an hour and I needed to find something to wear from the mall, and then drive to the ceremony. I was greeted promptly and allowed to browse without frequent interruptions. I found a black style I liked and the clerk took the time to get an untouched one from the back for me to try. I mentioned I was interested in wearing the outfit immediately and was shocked when the clerk offered to steam the wrinkles out! I chose to skip the steaming because I was in a rush and didn’t know how long the service might take, but I was impressed none the less.
Over the years I’ve returned to this boutique because the personnel
are excellent. They’re friendly, helpful, and share honest opinions when asked. I like that they always walk around the cash-​wrap and personally hamd the tissue-​wrapped garments in trendy shopping bags to me at the end of a transaction. They even handwrite notes to regulars when sales and events are about to take place. It doesn’t hurt that the products are of good construction and feel
really good to wear too :).
