In the end, I got my product as needed and it was fairly priced. It was easy to pick up since they delivered the curtains to the Design Gallery from the Warehouse/Factory. But even that wasn’t seamless — when my dad and brother went to go pick up the curtains for me, the lady asked for a payment even though I had already pre-paid. My dad showed her my receipt of payment, but she kept insisting that I never paid because she didn’t have a receipt on file. What? All the interactions with them were friendly, but it was the lack of work between interactions that hurts the review. I almost felt like I was constantly calling and checking up on them and reminding them that I needed their business.
