love this store. They were so friendly and helpful. Gave me plenty of place to go sight seeing. Definitely coming back for their limited edition items.

Shopping inside Kate Spade Saturday is kind of like a bigger, better version of the closet you wish you had. I mean, it’s even complete with a charging station for your phone at the register. Can I just move in already? I’m going to be honest for a second — I wasn’t all that impressed with the small store when it first opened. The Saturday brand offers a lower and more affordable price point for the Kate Spade buyer, but it’s still pretty pricey. I only buy things when they’re on sale. That being said, the real great thing about this store is the customer service. Lucia understands me! After spending hours at the mall looking for an outfit for New Year’s Eve, I found the perfect gold top. It’s hard not to settle for the throwaway sequin top from Forever 21, but this one was the real deal. I can dress it up or down, even wear it to work. I had hit the jackpot. Lucia was really helpful and easy to relate to – it felt like I was shopping with a friend. While I don’t always find clothes I fall in love with here, I find a lot of their pieces more special and interesting than the clothes at Kate Spade. Don’t get me wrong — I am a Kate Spade girl forever, but more so when it comes to bags, wallets, and accessories. Kate Spade clothes are fairly conservative, and while there’s nothing wrong with that, there’s also nothing that makes them stand out otherwise. If there’s a SALE sign in the window, it’s definitely worth a stop! They’re on the Macy’s side of the mall, across from the Apple store.

So many of the new stores in Ala Moana fall short of what the mall used to be — a fun place to shop and hang out. Luckily, we now have Kate Spade Saturday! I am a frequent visitor to Honolulu and I love to shop(not much in-store shopping at home in Montana) and every time I’ve been here I’ve found something awesome to take home. If you can get stuff on sale the quality for price can’t be beaten, and even not on sale their clothes and accessories are to die for! I am on the larger side of fashion and it was great to actually be able to find cute things(as so many stores in Hawaii, and Ala Moana especially cater only to the super thin crowd). I also love the normal Kate Spade merchandise, but Kate Spade Saturday is a bit less serious — it’s more geared towards the younger shopper I feel but still the clothes I bought were work appropriate(and fun). Also fantastic customer service — the ladies who work there are 1) super nice, 2) falling over themselves to help you(if you want help!) and 3) able to offer fantastic suggestions and find things in your size. Absolutely fantastic shopping experience, if I lived on island I’d be here all the time…

Kate Spade Saturday is the younger sister of Kate Spade. Or as the sales associate put it Saturday is more everyday wear whereas Kate Spade is for special occasions. I don’t think I quite agree. I felt that depending on how you style it, Saturday, can be dressed up or down. I’d describe Saturday as the fun younger sister of Kate Spade. In terms of differences, the only main differences I think are that the quality of items may be better at KS vs. Saturday, and the price point, with Satuday being a little more affordable. I was checking out a pair of boots and one of the sales associated claimed the leather was imported from italy?(But the boot itself said made in china? A little confusing.) The items at Saturday are also a bit more«on trend», following along the same lines of H&M and Forever 21. Although of course, the items at Saturday are of much higher quality. I’m a fan of the overall concept of the store and I can see myself buying things from there in the future during sales, but not when its regular priced. To me, I don’t think its worth the money to buy clothes that will quickly become ‘so last season’ despite the higher quality of clothing. One other negative I felt, like others have mentioned, the store is a bit small, and there were an over-abundance of sales associates so the experience wasn’t the most comfortable. But that’s just my opinion, lol. Overall, I do recommend this store though, definitely some cute finds, and their jewlery is probably my favorite part of the store because they have dainty pieces that I just absolultely adore.

I’m not a big fan of Kate Spade itself(too preppy) but when I went into this store I was in love! The style is so much more youthful and less stuffy than the original store. Dresses are cute, well made, well-cut and reasonably priced for the quality of the make. Attendants are friendly and not too pushy. Sale items are pretty good. They also have a great accessory line that has cute weekend bags, satchels, shoes and jewelry. Will be on my list of go to places for sure.

In my adult life, Kate Spade has been my girl… love the bags and wallets. But then, Kate Spade Saturday popped up a couple of months ago and now I’m a Kate Spade lifer. Luckily, I had two Kate Spade gift cards(yes, they are welcome here!!!) and a $ 25 off $ 75 coupon in my Birchbox so it was even more of a hot welcome than just a cute shop. To top it off, the customer service is off the chizzle. Juliet and crew(Deedee & Lucia) where there the last time I swung by for a look-see and were the sweetest and the most fun. They weren’t overwhelming or annoying — Listen people, they are really there to help. I asked Lucia for her honest opinion on what was cute and hot in the shop and she showed me some really great stuff I absolutely adored and left the store with *wink, wink*(especially LOVE my reversible dress that feels like I’m wearing the softest material EVER). To sum it up, Kate Spade Saturday is «Saturday wear» but probably more than a Saturday in Hawaii. It’s perfect for work clothes for me, so I’m all about this shop. Love their register area which is equipped with charging stations and iPods for checkout. Guys can chill around there, but they are totally fine sitting outside since the Apple Store is right across supplying free wifi to occupy them. I hope everyone realizes how lucky we are to have Kate Spade Saturday in Hawaii — next nearest location? LA — and it’s the only one in Cali. Kate Spade Saturday is another excellent addition to Ala Moana! Meet you at the mall!

The store is cute, different styles than Kate Spade. Very bright and basic style clothing. There’s a counter with chairs you can sit at with charger ports for you to charge your phone, or for your friend(boyfriend) that’s waiting for you while you shop. Lol. They have clothing, shoes, bags, accessories. Pretty well rounded, I’ll be back! I agree with previous Unilocaler, the service is kind of in your face while I’m one who kind of likes to be left alone and checked on from time to time. :) could be worse.

Kate Spade Saturday is not to be confused with Kate Spade, the Saturday brand is the newer, less expensive brand geared to a younger crowd. I’ve always felt like an older lady anyways and enjoy what the original Kate Spade brand has to offer more than the Saturday brand. This little store in Ala Moana is rand new. They carry clothing, bathing suits, shoes, jewelry, accessories and handbags. Patterns are geometric and colors are neon themed, a popular trend you can find at Forever 21 or American Eagle. Not really my thing. But you can definitely tell that is a Kate Spade brand by the accessories; the iPhone cases have the same phrase theme, but the phrases are about«saturday». Also, not my thing. Though the handbags and shoes look like they are made well and of good quality, I prefer Kate Spade bags and shoes. The new staff here is young and predominately Asian. They were very friendly, but in such a small store, I felt overwhelmed by their friendliness and incessant asking if I needed help. I would maybe suggest shopping Kate Spade Saturday online instead, just because I don’t like feeling stifled and badgered in the store. The website also offers more and has sale items.
