I’m a fan! It’s my new ‘GOTTAHAVEIT’ place. Love the juice! Buy Local, Support local. Not super excited about the $ 9 price,(I think it’s worth the indulgence but, I can do it at home as well) The Acai bowl is worth the $ 9! Delish. Parking is sparse(2 – 3 stalls in the front) Don’t blink or you’ll miss it! Mauka side of Ilaniwai Folks there are super nice! I wish I could bring all my bottles back for ½ priced refills!

Juices are good. The green Aloha is yummy. It has all the greens without it am tasting overwhelmingly green. I than had a watermelon one that was pretty good too. The almond milk I love as well. The shop is in a tight little spot where parking is limited but if you go early that there is parking but the shop itself has like two

Love this place, we always stop by to pick up juices when we are in the area. The guy who works there is so nice and friendly, and helped with recommendations for our first time trying. All the juices are so fresh and delicious, worth to indulge for that $ 9 price tag! Make sure to try the Blue Paradise, it’s our favorite.

Pretty dang good. Also a pretty reasonable price for the 3 day cleanse. Looking forward to trying the other juices, but it’s in a little tiny area hidden away, like a hole in the wall type of place. Parking is tough but walking to get your cold press fix shouldn’t be a problem. I recommend trying the sunrise drink… Aloha everyone!

So I decided to give this place a try for juice cleansing. The guy at the front is really helpful and answers all questions u have. The place is clean and cool. Only have 3 parking stalls. I ordered mine and is picking up on Monday. Yayyyyy can’t wait. So far I only tried their black magic which taste like plain water so not too bad and it’s good for u if u haven’t had food yet.

I’m a fan of this place but I am not a fan of the prices. I think $ 9 is ridiculous for the size of the juice. I know juicing can be expensive. Trust me, I do my monthly cleanses once in a blue moon, but that’s still hectic given you’re doing so much in bulk. But I think it’s ridiculous for any cold pressed drink to be that high to be quite honest. IF they offer more size options and other options besides their three day program then I would definitely give them five stars. I used to visit them at the Ward Farmer’s market and i’m glad to see they have their own shop. I tried all of theirs flavors and I love their Fruit Burst. I always get their Green Aloha and Drop the Beet just because they seems like one of the healthier ones. Their taste pars better to most of my homemade juices. It’s really easy to drink and their juices look lovely on snapchat and instagram if you’re «bout that life.» Cute logo and cute bottle! They have a variety of flavors; pretty colors. Although I have heard about their customer service, I was more so in and out so I can’t really pass judgement on that. I’m big into juicing. You’ll see me soon.

Amazing acai bowls — not too sweet or watery, topped with almond and cranberry granola and chia seeds! One of the few places that are open early on Sunday mornings.

Thank you Instapressed for providing us with freshly squeezed juices on the daily. Your juices encouraged us and helped us decide to live a better and healthier life. If you’re looking for a spot for freshly squeezed juices, stop by and check them out. Kevin, the owner, is knowledgable and will give you advice on a healthier lifestyle… parking is easy and quick, very close to Ward Warehouse area as well. They even provide a cleansing program, but would need to order in advance with them. If you’re reading this, head down. Instapressed, you guys ROCK!

5STARS! LOVE this place. This place is probably one of the highlights of my visit to Honolulu. I recently discovered Instapressed Bar through Unilocal and have came back almost everyday for the last week during my stay. This place makes the best acai bowl I’ve ever had — we tried different places in O’ahu but we were very impressed with Instapressed Bar’s version. I know all acai bowl have the familiar/same taste, but something about this place is just simply refreshing and amazing. The sourness of the acai, the sweetness of the raw honey, the crunch of the granolas, and the fresh fruits(strawberry, blueberry, banana, and sometime pineapple) made my morning. The customer service is awesome — they were very informative and helpful when we had questions regarding their dranks. We tried the following below but my favorite would probably be Drop the beets, Fruitburst, and Tropic Fever. –Green Aloha: Really refreshing, and ordinary. This is def a good choice if you want to play it safe –Drop the Beets: LOVE this. If you love the taste of beets, this is perfect for you! –Fruitburst: Really refreshing, bubbly, an fruity, but not too sweet. Perfect for bfast on the go –Tropic Fever: LOVE this too! If you’re looking for something really refreshing after a morning jog, this is it. You don’t really taste the jalopeno, so it’s not as spicy as it sounds. But the combination of cucumber and pineapple. And jalopeno. Just perfect. –Clarity: SOGOOD! If you’re a carrot juice lover, you’ll def love this drank. Overall, I’d like to thank the staff and owner of Instapressed Bar for making my trip even more amazing — we came here almost everyday for bfast. They also offer a 3-day cleanse if you give them a call in advance.

The best juice cleanse you will find on the island! My favorite juice here is sunshine :) I could drink a gallon in one sitting! The staff here and at all the farmers markets are so awesome and friendly! My favorite thing is that they go to the markets and you can pick up your cleanse there if you can’t make it all the way to town. Living on the westside this is a huge plus! I highly recommend the 3 day juice cleanse!

Cold pressed and fresh picked juices are all the rave these days and these guys got it DOWN! The location isn’t the easiest to navigate to or park at but you’ll know you’re close by when all you can smell is the sweet scent of fresh fruits in the air. I’m so happy to support local and watch these guys continue to grow and excel! I love the Green Aloha and Beet Juices(I don’t even like beets!)

I just got done working out and wanted something healthy and refreshing. As I was finishing my last set, I was on IG and came across this place. Figured I’d try it. Place is kind of hidden, but nothing Unilocal can’t help you find. Super cute place, easy menu to decide, but all sounds so good thank goodness the other half was with me, so we both got different drinks to try. SUNSHINE and GREENALOHA. Green Aloha — very yummy. I’m not much of a green drink drinker, but that was a mind changer Sunshine — taste was very refreshing. Just wish the drinks were a lot colder

I don’t know if you heard or not but juicing is the way pro athletes and yes even us common folk are doing these days. No I’m not talking about Barry Bonds, A — Rod, or Lance Armstrong type of juicing but rather the Jack LaLanne type but on steroids. And no there is no steroids in their juice but after drinking some, you might start feeling like a million bucks like you were on the juice. Yes pun intended. So my better half and I said we would try, key word«try» to be more healthy this year and what better way than to start putting good stuff in our bodies. We been to a couple of juice places and have to say the guys at Instapressed has it going on. The taste is by far better than some others we tasted but it does cost a little more as well. Then again they only use fresh fruits and vegetables and none of that fake juice fillers. Hey you are what you eat or in this case, you are what you drink. How serious is Instapressed about their juice? Well they have the top of the line hydraulic cold press juicer and not one of those little toy ones making sure to get all the goodness of fresh juice unlike the traditional centrifugal juice extractors which is the most common type of juicer. If you are asking yourself what is the difference… Well to put it simply, cold press juicers a.k.a. masticating juicers produces very little heat which gives us maximum nutrients. Some of the juice we tasted and like are Sunshine which has pineapple, mint and ginger. Fruitburst which has strawberry, apple, orange, lemon and lime. Green Aloha which has apple, kale, romaine, cucumber, celery and manoa lettuce. My better half also likes Drop the Beets which of course has beets, apples, carrots, ginger, lemon and turmeric. To me it is too beety tasting. We have yet to try the other ones but so far everything is a winner. We wanted to try the almond milk as we try to stay away from regular milk. If you did research, you would know anything that is pasteurized isn’t good for you. If you want know more you can go to their website and check them out at

As part of my New Year Resolution to make healthier choices, I decided to start moving more! While I go to Bikram and Barre regularly, I spend most of my day sitting in front of a computer. Even during lunch, I do not walk much further than the distance from my desk to the kitchen or, at most, across the street from my office.(I’ve even been known to swivel my chair throughout the office to avoid standing up. And also because it is so much fun!) To keep me up and moving, I decided to spend one lunch break a week walking. And what kind of a Unilocaler would I be if that walk didn’t lead to an awesome restaurant or café? Today, I decided to trek it one mile from my office in downtown to Instapressed Bar on Ilaniwai Street! Whether you are walking or driving, Instapressed may be hard to find. It is tucked away amid a row of auto-shops and other industrial warehouses. There did not seem to be much room for parking, but I did see a few stalls available in front and shared with neighboring businesses. Upon entering Instapressed, I got the impression that this was much more a storefront than a restaurant. Although there are several chairs and a counter for sitting and enjoying your meal! When I arrived around 12:20, there were just a few bottles of Instapressed’s fresh cold-pressed juices left. Their website suggests you pre-order if you are looking for a large amount or specific juice as they only stock a limited amount at their store. The juices, which are all $ 9, are located in a mini-fridge near the cashier. I took a peek inside and was immediately drawn to the Green Aloha made with Kale, Romaine, Cucumber, Celery, Mint, Manoa Lettuce, Chard, Parsley, Apple and Lemon. I had worked up quite an appetite on my walk over, so I also went ahead and ordered the Banh Mi Sandwich. The Banh Mi is a 6″ French Baguette filled with Rotisserie Chicken, Pickled Carrots/Daikon, Romaine, Cucumber, Cilantro, Jalapenos, Shoyu, and Veganiase! With my juice at $ 9 and the Banh Mi at $ 7.50, my meal came out to about $ 17 with tax. It certainly was a more expensive lunch than I am used to, but you can’t put a price on your health! And with 2 – 3 pounds of fresh, local produce in each juice, Instapressed’s Cold-Pressed Juices sure are healthy! On top of being great for you, both my Green Aloha juice and Banh Mi were great tasting! Don’t be worried about the juice’s deep green color. With Cucmber and Apple in the mix, it was cool and refreshing — perfect for my walk back in the hot sun! The Banh Mi, filled to the brim with fresh and pickled vegetables, really hit the spot! Instapressed Bar also offers Acai Bowls($ 9), Veggie Wraps($ 8), and Cold Brewed Coffe($ 3.75). You can also order their 3-Day Juice Cleanse for $ 130! Be sure to check them out and Eat(and Drink) Local!
