Embroidery Gift Shop The

We were looking for a local company that could embroider our work shirts and make us look more professional when talking to customers. We had used mainland embroidery companies in the past and the shirts just wouldn’t fit right and wore out quickly. Getting the best shirts locally, making sure they fit right on us then having them professionally embroidered was the right choice.
As soon as you walk in you’ll see all of their machines hard at work — it is impressive. Verna was so helpful and walked us through getting her all of the graphics needed to print the shirts. We picked them up a few days later and they were perfect.

TERRIBLE SERVICE!!! I pre-​paid for two (2) towels to be embroidered. The lady who helped us said that the towels will be ready by 2:00p on Friday, and if it’s done earlier, they will call. Well towels weren’t done at 4:30p on Friday, and I was told that one machine broke down. NO CALL to say that it wouldn’t be ready, I got off the freeway out of traffic to find this out. To make it obvious that it’s so unorganized, the girl at first couldn’t find the towels, them she came back saying that it wasn’t done, and that I could come back in half am hour to pick it up. Two names, eight letters total, and they couldn’t get it done in a week. Guess I should’ve known that it would be bad service when they made me pay in full for my order. NEVER COMING HERE AGAIN!!!

Came in to pick up and get some patches made for my vest. They said be here at 0900 and it’s 0930 and they still haven’t opens the doors to the shop and they suppose to be open at 0900

I took two polo shirts to get embroidered here because other shops I called were going to take at least three weeks to do the order. The embroidery gift shop said they could do it in a week. It was done on time and it looked great. I had a custom logo embroidered on one side and a name embroidered on the other side. They took the time to make the font for the names match the font used in the logo. I was extremely pleased with their work.

This place has zero organization. My first «mock» order (1 hat and a jacket) was promised to be done in 7 days… After several disappointed visits to go pick it up and it not being done yet, they finally finished it 24 days later. I was a little aggravated but I didn’t really need it by a certain time so I kind of brushed it off and gave them more business. Well this time I told them I needed it in exactly 8 days and they said no problem. I even called on the 7^th day to make sure they were done and they said come by tomorrow after 4pm and it’ll be done. Well, today is tomorrow and I went by at 430 and they were closed even though their hours are from 9 – 5. I needed my stuff by tomorrow morning and now I won’t have it. Brutal customer service and unbelievably bad work ethic. After I pick up my items (who the hell knows when that will be) I’ll never give them business again!

I had some work shirts done here and it came out great and was completed on schedule. And the price was very reasonable.

My experience here was so so. I took a stocking in to have a name put on it… A simple 5 letter name. The older lady that works there helped me and was very sweet and helpful. She said it would be done in one week. I go back 8 days later and there are three people working. The guy is on the phone and doesn’t looks up,
The younger girl looks at me but doesn’t even speak… instead she tells the older lady to help me after I stand there for a few minutes. They look and look for my item as the older last rolls her eyes at the young girl. There doesn’t appear to be a lot if organization there. Finally, she told me that it was never started yet but to give the girl a few minutes and she would have it done. So, 15 minutes later I have ny sticking… and the young girl was like– oh sorry you had to wait cause she knew I was completely irritated.

Very friendly and heplful. The prices are good to.
