Please note pizza joints: Customer service still means something!
They forgot one ingredient on my pizza, so they made the pizza again and gave us the first one as well, and a two liter Coke for NO charge at all. So, two pizzas and a coke for free.. This was just over and above any customer service I received from any pizza joint. Papa John’s needs to take note as much as they screw up on pizza orders. Thanks again Dominoes.

Most times when I order the crunchy thin crust, it’s either burned or not fully cooked. Same thing with the Chocolate Lava Crunch Cake, it has been overcooked too many times. Another reason for the 1 star is the fact that the person (s) who often answer the phone are very unprofessional and rude. Several friends and family members have said that they were given «attitude» and had to repeat their name or their order which is frustrating at times. Domino’s has the WORST delivery service on this island! On many occasions I’ve asked that my pizza order be delivered and it takes FOREVER, even though my residence is a few minutes away! The longest I had to wait for my pizza was 1 hour and 45 minutes. That was on a weekend and I had called to find out what the status was and the person who answered said it wasn’t made yet and if I could wait 25 – 35 minutes, they’d be delivered. NEVER AGAIN!!! I was a loyal customer but not anymore, too many disappointments. Thank goodness for Pizza Hut :)

Worst experience with pizza. I was impressed with their online order, because you can customize every little details. However, it took 57min for them to deliver the pizza. Of course, it was cold by the time I received it. I have never waited almost an hour for a pie of pizza, especially when they are located less than a mile away from your home. They should never give a false estimated time, when they cannot even promise. And, when it actually takes almost double the time than it was given. An attitude of driver was horrible. No condiments were provided. I fell like they were just throwing a left over cold pizza box at my door. Never again from here!

I called to order pizza here because it is the closest to me. Some female answers the phone «yeah hello»? I said excuse me? She says yeah can I help you? I ask is this domino’s pizza on AMR? She says yeah it is. I say well you answered the phone like it’s your personal cellphone. Then the ghetto professional attitude comes out. I will not be ordering from here again and it just so happens I know a owner who will surely be hearing about this. You should always be professional you never know who you are dealing with.

I just received my order and both the pizza and sandwich were completely over done. And I know it’s pizza, but the oil/​grease was POURING off the pizza. They get one star for speedy delivery and nice staff.

Excellent chain pizza always fresh and hot and normally delivered within minutes of ordering! Five stats is for overall excellent quality and service.

Favorite pizza to order is the chicken bacon ranch… white sauce, extra cheese, chicken, and BACON.

Pizza is great. However the guy who took my order at 8 pm on 9 September speaks barely no English. A five minute order became a 15 minute order as only one item was ordered. Please find out who this is and get him off the phone.

I just ordered pizza from here to be delivered at home. Very quick, fresh, and had amazing customer service. My new go to pizza joint.

We placed our order online at 10:05 am and I thought they wouldn’t start it till they opened (11am). But to my surprise, they started it immediately. By 10:55, our delivery boy was standing at our door with the greatest gift of all, pizza! Their delivery is great and I appreciate how you can track your order online.
My new favorite is their Pepperoni Feast Pizza. It has a lot of cheese and a lot of pepperoni! (Dip it in some garlic butter sauce if you’re feeling adventurous)
I think I’ll start ordering from Dominos more often now :)

Delivery. Period. Thee best!
Ordering. Ordered via the Domino’s app. What a breeze! They make it very user friendly and easy to order.
The app. Once pressing the order button, the Domino’s app displays the status of your order. From receiving order, to preparing the food, to cooking the food, to preparing delivery, and finally, to deliver. So awesome! You can even put in a pre-​made affirmation for your cooking team. Amazing! So smart!
The wait. There was almost no wait for the delivery. After seeing that the food was on the way, the next thing I knew, the delivery person was at the door! So fast! Superb!
The food. The handmade pan pizza was delightful. The crust was fluffy and light. It was not heavy at all. The Brooklyn style crust was light and tasty. The chicken bites were delicious and blended well with the pizzas. Ono!
The after effect. Full, satisfied, happy. Nuff sed. Haha!

Great service, very quick, and always a good deal on select pizzas. The new Dominos recipe is something you have to try! This is not like the old Dominos recipe.

I’ve lived here for a couple of years and have ordered from this Domino’s a few times. In the past few months, they have really stepped up their game. Pizza always arrives at our house still hot and super fresh. Drivers are friendly and courteous, as well.

Being preggo, I have immediate, urgent cravings. Pizza has been one of them. I’ve been eating pizza at least once a week.
Note**I am not military but according to the workers if the guards are posted up at the gates you just need to let them know you are going to Domino’s and they will let you enter. I have not had problems. No guards have been present.
When I order from this Domino’s I get the large 3 topping for $ 9.99. I am a fan of the Brooklyn crust. It’s in between a hand tossed and thin crust.
Each time I order the workers gave been efficient and my pizza has been good.

Bottom line: After arguing with me for a good 5 – 10 minutes, the manager (owner?) finally just told me, «No, no, no… I don’t want your business if you don’t want my pizza.»
Well sir, I will not bother you with my business ever again. Neither will my husband or the other friends I’ve told about this experience. I would like you to realize how much money you’ve lost because of your abysmal attitude. I used to order a good 12 – 15 large pizzas from you each year, minimum. I’ve never had a problem until now, but you’ve just lost yourself a regular. Just think about that and maybe the next time someone asks you for a refund because they think the pizza tastes funny, you won’t argue with them and you’ll apologize instead as well as issue the refund.

I just had the best service from here. The pizza was great also. Keep up the good work. m
