Domino’s Pizza

Worst service I have ever experienced. Ordered a pizza that was burnt upon arrival. Called the store to inform them and they offered to send a replacement. After waiting for 1 hour and 20 minutes, called the store to follow up on order. Turns out the order did not go through. Requested that I receive a refund for my entire order. When the pizza came with my refund, the sealed envelope had $ 37 written on it but only contained $ 27 in it. Called again only to be called a liar by their manager, Garett (who apparently is the highest level manager in their store and does not feel the need to provide his last name). Also was told that I should have verified the amount in front of the driver. Very unprofessional.

Dominoes Pizza has really impressed me! My last few orders with them, got me totally hooked!!! I love their pan pizza!!! The crust is so delicious that you are definitely NOT skipping on it!!!
We got Wilson delivering the last two times and he is GREAT!!! Super courteous and polite! Even closes my gate for me!
I love how the new app works! Even let’s you know who made your pizza and who’s delivering it! When I saw that Wilson was delivering my order tonight, I smiled !

I’m hungry and tired. Dominoes has my go to pizza. Non greasy crust. So I order online because it’s incredibly easy, and they have this widget where you can watch the timing of your pizza being made. There are themes you can pick; there is a Barry White sexy jazz theme, and cheese has never sounded so sensuous. Luis is making my pizza, (thanks, man!) the delivery guys are always cool, and hey — I like their pizza.
Oh snap, they have an AC/​DC theme.

As a college student I am no newbie to ordering dominos pizza. We ordered two medium two topping pizzas and when they arrived we noticed that they were missing the marinara sauce on both of them. Called dominos to explain what happened and Jaylyn hooked us up. Made our night so much better. Thanks Jaylyn and dominos.

Gotten food from here twice and gotten terrible service twice. First time the manager wouldn’t even talk to me, made a team member do it. This time Ryan wouldn’t walk up the stairs to deliver three pizza to my aunty, told her to come down and get it. He told her to sign, she asked for a pen, he told her to get her own. The idiot even told her his name was Luigi when she asked. My aunty called the store to complain and the entire time he wouldn’t leave our house, parked in front of our driveway and wouldn’t leave. He was there for like 10 minutes throwing his arms up at us.
Long story short, I gave them a second chance and absolutely regret it. Never again.

I rarely order pizza from Domino’s or Pizza Hut anymore because their prices are ridiculous in comparison to Costco or frozen pizza at the markets, but when Domino’s comes out with crazy deals like BOGO or 50% off online pizza orders, I’m all in.
Thanks to technology, ordering is a breeze by either using their website or app. You get to select your crust, sauce, toppings, and time for pick up. Then you have the option of paying now or at pick up. The only thing you can’t do is order half half pizzas (i.e. half cheese, half pepperoni).
I’ve ordered pizzas at this particular location several times and have had great experiences here. Quick service, accurate delivery, and ample parking. Paper plates, napkins, peppers and cheese available upon request.

DO NOT EAT HERE. Spend your money elsewhere. If Unilocal would let me I would give NO stars! The service is RUDE all the way up to management. I probably would say the same about the owner but he hasn’t returned my call in a month and I’ve been trying to reach him multiple times. They messed up my pizza TWICE and when I asked for side of buffalo sauce I got GREEN SLIME IN A CUP. SOME OF THE WORKERS HERE ARE DIRTY AND WILL MESS WITH YOUR FOOD. BEWARE PLEASE!!!

This was the worst service i ever got in 5 years living the big island. It took over 1 ½ to find out that they weren’t going to deliver the pizza. Lyol the guy who answered the phone was amazing but the manager Dustin was to busy to get on the phone and help with the problem. If you want good delivery dont call this dominoes. It was so rude and disrespectful.

We ordered bread sticks a BBQ pizza and dessert. With the bread sticks we ordered 2 extra sauces. We got no dipping sauce at all. Our pizza was dough still. Way under cooked and when we called back about our sauces we were told they would be right over with it so we waited. No one ever showed up. Terrible dinner experience. The brownies where amazing tho!

Super disappointed with this Dominos, we usually order Pizza Hut and after tonight I’m going to stick with Pizza Hut. When my BF called the first time to place an order as he was hanging up he heard the guy on the phone call him a dumb ass. So he called back to cancel the order. After calming down he asked me to call back to re order, I ended up getting the same guy who I put on speaker and he was super rude to me. After that I called back to speak to the manager. He apologized and offered to take 50% off but only gave $ 10 off, which is fine because I wasn’t calling to get a discount. We just received our 2 pizzas … 2 mediums one was supposed to be bacon, chicken, and ranch but it came with NO bacon hardly has any chicken but it has a bunch of slimy tomatoes instead. Our other pizza the pepperoni lovers is completely burnt. At this point it’s no use calling back so I decided to give them a bad review!

Is it possible to not give a establishment any stars? When I got the call from the driver for some reason our phone call got dropped or it disconnected. This happened one more time and then I got a good connection. When the driver spoke he rudely said «Where are you?!» As the driver aren’t you supposed to have my address? When we got downstairs my friend and I felt that he did not deserve a tip since he was being very rude on the phone. He was counting our cash as if he was waiting for our tip. I asked if there was a problem and his whole demeanor was just a stink attitude. He then was talking back to us saying «what’s your point» and was very non-​personable. For someone who works for tips, they should be a little more customer friendly. Mr. Kim was his name. I asked if he was the manager and he said he was, stormed off and even honked at Us. When I called the Moilili establishment right after, I spoke to the manager, Jared, I told him about my experience and basically was excusing his driver saying that «it’s a busy night and that could be the reason why he was hostile.» In my opinion, just because any employee is «busy» that does not give the right to be rude, especially to frequent customers. After about 5 minutes I finally got an «I apologize for his behavior and I will talk to him» speech. They said they’d credit me 2 pizzas for next time. Too bad I won’t be ordering from them anymore. Being busy is NO REASON to be rude to your customers. I will not be eating there EVER AGAIN. I am very disappointed in the driver, Mr. Kim and his general manager, Jared in how they handled the delivery and complaint to his employees. Word of mouth spreads fast and this is a small island. My friends and I will NOT be going back ever again.

If Mr. Kim delivers your pizza you are probably going to get terrible and rude service. As someone who always tips, this is the first time I felt obligated to return his rude attitude with no tip. Papa Johns is our go-​to now. Also, last week I ordered Alfredo pasta and it was horrible. It was burnt and not what what I would consider as edible. Do not waste your time or money at this establishment.

Let’s just say they’d be getting no stars from me if Unilocal allowed it.
Don’t eat here on a «busy» night unless you want rude service from their delivery guy Mr. Kim and when the manager Jared was contacted about his rude confrontational delivery man his response was «we’re busy tonight». That does not justify the rude customer service. I will definitely not be getting my pizza from here anymore.

This location never gets my online order right. I ordered extra sauce, but the pizza arrived with no sauce, extra cheese. Thankfully, I called and was able to get a coupon for a free pizza. So in all honestly, I couldn’t stay mad for long.

My order is always wrong. Every time. They have a perfect track record. I don’t get anything delivered from them anymore. It’s not worth it. I end up either driving to the store to get what I actually paid for, or else I have to live with the wrong order. So now I just go pick it up at the store. It’s still wrong every time, but I’m right there to check it and correct it before I leave the store, and I’m not wasting a delivery charge. Avoid this Dominos if you can.

I am a pizza lover and I absolutely LOVE dominos pizza! My pizza is always delivered hot and fresh out of the oven. The taste and quality of the pizza is amazing. I especially love that the crust taste good! I hate when people waste the crust but with dominos nothing goes to waste!
The main thing that I love about this location is that they are so FAST! they usually give me a quote time of 30 – 45 minutes and always seem to deliver within 20 minutes.
Most of the delivery guys are nice but sometimes we get a grouchy one. Other than that, they’re amazing

I’m pretty satisfied with this place. Service, quality of food, prices and delivery convenience is great!!! Only complaint…
1) they often fail to provide crush peppers & cheese, this past delivery, no napkins???
2) they should consider carrying Pepsi products instead of Coke… beverage options that meets my preference is important to complete a Hassel free meal.

Ordered a pizza, I know it’s Domino’s & it’s gonna be greasy, but this was crazy. So greasy the crust was soaked & soggy, the box was soaked & soggy, & it had leaked through the box!!! Straight-​up puddles of grease in the box. Completely inedible. My drunk roomate ate some anyway & threw up haha. Disgusting.

We order pizza when we want something simple and hassle free.
Last time we for the wrong pizza this time was our freebie but we still ordered other items.
Driver gets lost and I’m waiting outside 10 minutes when he said he is already here no big deal.
Wants my fiancé to come down to sign the cc receipt… Hassle but no big deal but getting annoyed. We aren’t new customers.
Puts our pizza on sidewalk yes the ground pulls out the a flashlight saying he had to get us the right one.
Officially p/​o don’t put my pizza on the ground just give it already. We call Gary his boss since we are still waiting yes 20 minutes for Ryan. He also calls his manager same time in front of us and his manager led us on hold to talk to him.
Manager comes on you know what it’s the one leading the blind no more pizza from dominoes for us.
And no surprise it’s cold again but atleast the order was right lol.

As a East Coast boy born and raised, I’m picky about pizza. The State of Hawaii has not a single good local pizza restaurant, as anyone from my area would agree. Because of this, I was forced to go with one of the chains, which always carried the stigma of being fake and not good.
With Domino’s hand-​tossed pies, I was delightfully surprised at how good it’s become. Whenever I want a pizza, I order from the one on Beretania and have it delivered. It’s fun food through and through! The pizzas are always well done, usually delivered quickly and hot, and easy to order through the App.
I have to deduct one star as my orders are slightly wrong about 75% of the time. This confuses me since it’s all done electronically.
The pizzas I had last night were a plain pie and one with steak and green peppers. The one with toppings had ample; both were delicious!
