My extensive review of how terrible the service was got removed, probably because its embarrassing and true. I wished they had at least responded with an explaination or response, most good business gives a courtesy response… too bad

Imagine yourself on a trip to a foreign destination and you somehow lose your phone or forget to bring your charger.
OR you own a Docomo phone and somehow manage to mess up your payments. For example: Forgetting to pay your bill before coming to Hawaii.
Hey, it happens!
NTT DoCoMo is a mobile phone carrier in Japan that has an office at the Waikiki Shopping Plaza that’s set up to help visitors who lose their phones. They also will recharge phones (free service) if you forget your charger.
They aren’t set up for bill payment, but they are able to access phone records and send payment/​cc info to Japan.
If you’re moving to Japan they can give you an idea of the plans and phones they offer. They don’t have their full range of phones here and the phone models they have here in Hawaii are very basic (no tv, no smart phones), but if you know what phone you want they can reserve one for you.
The office is easy to find in the Waikiki Shopping Plaza. It’s on the 2^nd floor right as you come off the escalators. The people working in the office are bilingual (Japanese/​English), and very helpful.
Having a Docomo office here is very convenient and makes life a little less complicated.
