DeWalt Service Center

I love dewalt tools but I have not been stoked on their pressure washers. 2 fairly new (within a year old) washers have broken down on me. Both with less than 60 hours on them.
I brought them in, had to call them to find out what was going on, which pissed me off. One of them had to be scrapped. So instead of taking my tips, which were fine, off of the unit they just tossed those too. Very unhelpful when I asked if they would replace them.
Also it has been over 2 weeks for the one they are fixing. I understand they have to wait for the parts but come on. Then when I called today they seemed put off when I asked if they would have it done the same day of the parts arrival. They said it was a couple of o rings. I mean come on, 2 weeks they should be able to prioritize me.
As you can tell I am not happy, due the poor service I won’t be buying dewalt products any more.

This place is the best reason to buy Dewalt tools. I have had three great experiences with them in the last few months. They repaired a dated chop saw same day with factory parts and a very reasonable charge. They repaired two other tools recently with quick turn around. They have a good inventory of items on the shelf and the person in the store was helpful and friendly. Thanks service center

They sell parts and accessories for DeWalt, Porter Cable and Delta tools. I needed a brush and spring set for my DeWalt ⁷¹⁄₄ circular saw. Great friendly service and very clean store. Price was good for original manufacture parts. No need to ship and wait.
