Great new sky club on main level, thank god they finally moved from the basement. New clean modem fresh with nice bar, cereals, snacks and breakfast foods. Cold pasta salads espresso coffee hit chocolate sodas and impressive juice selections.

I always enjoyed the previous Honolulu Skyclub because of its location; it was downstairs in a lovely garden area. However it was not convenient to the gates, it was always musty and rather small. The new location is delightful(open for about a year now, I heard). Large, spacious, nice food options and a very nice staff. Kudos to you Delta!

Unbelievable snobbish attitudes from front desk staff! Typical of Delta Airlines. Received conflicting information on the club I would have access to while traveling on a Delta flight that code shares with Alaska Airlines. When I entered the lounge I was greeted with a cold«you don’t have access!» retort. Then why is it listed on the sign in front of your door? «It isn’t!» Ahhhhh, ok, sure. This is why I quit flying Delta as a DM Member and now am an American Airlines EP member with 3M miles.

Absolute bloody nonsense, worst lounge ever and a terrible check in agent. Disgusting lack of knowledge of the benefits rules and regulations, threatened to call security for no apparent reason, do not go to this shitty lounge!!!

Small cozy Club Lounge while you wait for your flight. Mini– bar and newspaper, not the full service Club Lounge you see at other airports but Honolulu is a destination not necessarily a hub.

Overall a decent club by Honolulu airport standards. Previously there were not many options. Kona Long Board beer on tap and self serve soft drinks. The staff seemed very friendly. Not sure if this is a temporary location. Did not see a shower facility. Free wifi of course.

The club has moved across from Gate 13. Much more open but small staff. No self serve bar anymore so you have to wait for the front desk person to make you a standard shot drink. Used to love the self serve, one stiff one before the flight and I was napping!

Wow this is a very dated and small Delta Sky Club. It is like the rest of the airport = time warp back to the 70s. There’s a small bar that is not self serve, which seems very strange given the size(or lack thereof) of this lounge. The lounge is nowhere near the Delta gates, also very bizarre. The foods are the new Delta upgrades = black olive tapenade and popcorn anyone?

This is the first time I’ve come to the newly remodeled club and I must say they did a great job. It’s now on the main floor and is much bigger. The décor is tasteful, with wood trim on the white walls. I also appreciate the sections they were able to create within the large open space. The improved lighting is so much better than the previous one located in the basement.

This location is now closed. A new lounge is located behind Delta check-in counter across from Gate 13(vacated previously by Continental’s President Club)

This is a nice airport club. It is located under the hustle and bustle of the terminals. I like to enjoy a drink and a snack before hopping on flight.

Horrible service I have been coming here for a year and I didnt have my Alaska boardroom card the lady at the front desk basically told me to get the hell out she was very matter of fact about it and had ZERO people skills it was amazing to me that the lady did NOTHING give a DAMN when I told her I had not had my card before she snapped«well then someone’s not doing there job!!!» I knew there was a reason I don’t fly delta.(I’m a Gold 75 on Alaska) they are rude as hell and now that I’m on the subject they are«always» uppity as hell when I go in there they act like they are better than you! they treat you like your scum maybe because I fly Alaska I don’t know? I have always been nice to them even though they look down on Alaska air passengers. From now on I WILLA always bad mouth THISLOCATION to everyone I meet while I’m flying around the country… Thanks for nothing delta. Worst airline and rudest customer service in the industry!!!

I am just reviewing the Delta sky club in Honolulu — I don’t know what other Delta sky club’s are like because I typically frequent a club with another major airline. We happened to have the ability to gain admittance into this sky club because our airlines are reciprocal. This Sky club it’s not up where you can see planes land — I believe it’s underneath the runway. I’m not kidding. It’s really kind of creepy to be at the lower level under the planes where they are landing and disembarking. It has a self-service bar, it’s unlimited, and of course absolutely free regarding water, juice, soda and alcohol– so that’s great. The food is typical rounds food — checks mix, crackers, cookies. I think they had some soup — I’m always afraid of lamb soup because I never know how long it’s been sitting there. It again — the bar was completely self service and no limit on how much you drank. And for some people that is important. The staff was very kind and friendly. It’s a hike from the actual terminal — you go to an elevator that’s hard-to-find, take it down to the lower level, and then rock on the outside of this kind of pretty garden to this like smoky tinted door that’s glass with an itty-bitty sign on it. I don’t know what Delta was thinking because in Honolulu this is one of the busier — higher-end tourist destinations in the world. I would think they would want their name out loudly and proudly for everyone to see. They do have power outlets to charge up for your flight as well as Wi-Fi. And yes being a member does have its privileges — you can sit in quietness, catch the latest game, have a drink or two along with the usual snacks — and not have to be in the throngs of people in the main terminal on those hard uncomfortable dirty chairs. So that’s my review for this!

This isn’t the nicest club, but I’ve giving 4 stars for the self-service bar. Unlimited, absolutely free(no tip) alcohol? Winning. The place was pretty crowded and since this is a big vacation spot, it had a lot of families… but if you can maneuver around sprawled out children, it isn’t too bad. Not far from the Central Terminal and overlooks the zen garden with koi pond :) Snacks are the standard chex mix and biscoff cookies.

This is quite possibly the worst delta sky club I’ve ever been to. It’s small and crowded and way too hot(the a/c isn’t working too well). It’s also completely self serve which meals it gets very messy behind the bar/kitchen. I would have given it one star except for the fact that the receptionist/check-in workers are extremely friendly and helpful

As other reviewers have noted, the staff are wonderfully welcoming, and that makes up the majority of my 3-star review. The lounge is a hike from the trappings of the actual terminal(ok — go to that lift over in the corner, go to the lower level, and walk alongside an internal garden that doesn’t make sense to be there, to the smoked-glass door with a teeny tiny sign on it). It is also tiny and dark, which compared to the new Sky Club at JFK’s T4, makes it seem like an afterthought instead of a real part of Delta’s strategy at one of the higher-end tourist destinations in the world. But — membership does have its privileges, and I’d rather have a coffee with Baileys in quiet and isolation rather than sit in an uncomfortable plastic chair in the terminal, so here I am. Decent little snacks, enough power outlets to get me charged up ahead of my flight, and wifi. Enjoy — but don’t set your sights too high.

Of all Delta Sky Clubs I have visited, this is the smallest and most out of the way, but they do have a nice snack selection and it is blessedly quiet. It’s a shame it gets so crowded but it is still a welcome respite compared to the bustle of the airport proper. A visit to the DSC makes it worth getting to the airport super early to leave! The only major downer was that on our last visit, the hosts were overly concerned about our ability to get to our gate in time for boarding. They all but pushed us out the door. We would have liked to have relaxed with our wine a little longer and were irritated when it took 4 minutes to get to our gate and we had another 20 minutes of doing nothing waiting for them to begin boarding at the scheduled time.

This location has a very good staff. It is small. The biggest issue is that it gets quite crowded. There are times finding a seat is difficult. The amenities are in line with most other clubs. The wifi, beverages and snacks are convenient.

This is a small, secluded yet very nice Sky club. When I used to travel more I had a membership and this was one of my favorite clubs primarily because of the staff. They are incredibly helpful and great to work with. There was a period of about a year or so that the club no longer offered cocktails because of some kind of remodel loophole, but I believe that’s been resolved. It’s location is a little difficult to find, but once you do getting in and out is quite easy. Nice place to relax before a flight or to unwind after.

This is a tiny, small and dark Delta Sky Club. The employees are incredible! Even though this is one of the smallest Sky Clubs I have ever seen, it’s really nice to have a happy crew, here. The Club is located downstairs in the serene Garden area of the Honolulu International Airport. Elevators are slow and many times out of order. The Club features a latte/Cappuccino machine, snacks and a self-service bar as well as sodas, water and juice. T Mobile provides free wifi and this is a quiet and peaceful place to get away from crowds
