Perfect shoe store for Downtown Honolulu. I find their selection to be the perfect mix of casual and business. Pass by this store almost everyday when grabbing lunch. It’s in the heart of downtown so obviously, it’s extremely convenient. Walmart, Longs, Ross, nor Walgreens cannot compare. Their prices are quite reasonable and I was lucky enough to have the FHB BaZing App to get an extra little discount.
Also need to mention that the employees are quite friendly, no pushy sales people trying to get you to try things on just people that are there to help you should you need them.
Of course, being in downtown you’ll have to find your own parking to get to Cromwell.

Thanks to my boss, I now am aware that there is a shoe store near work, in downtown, in case of a shoe-​mergency!
The store is very clean and organized selling work non-​slip grip shoes, business heels, slippers and sneakers. They also carry a few business blouses on the racks. The employee was very friendly and upon request, tried his very best to find our sizes. In the end only my boss decided on leather, sketcher work shoes for her husband and I used the $ 5 off a $ 30+ purchase Unilocal discount! They are reasonably priced and have several items on sale/​clearance. Definitely check it out!

I’ve been needing a new pair of slippers for awhile now and always walk by during work and finally had some time over the weekend to check them out. Overall, they seem to have a wide variety of shoes to select from. I was impressed with the wide selection of slippers that they had as I couldn’t decide between everything, I ended up leaving with two pairs. I left with two pairs op slippers for less than $ 50!
Very accommodating, friendly, knowledgeable, good location.
Parking: Best place to park I found was Chinatown Gateway Plaza. Easy entrance on Bethel street, couple minute walk, $.75 per ½ hour.
