Great Service. I like coming here when I need something. They have a lot of stock and the workers are very friendly and knowledgeable. The prices seem pretty good too but honestly I don’t know for sure because I don’t go anywhere else and I don’t mind paying a little more to get good service.

The customer service is 5 stars. I can’t give 5 stars because they didn’t have what I was looking for. But they told me of other stores, which had what I was looking for.
I probably should have waited until I get something from there and give a 5 star review, but I wanted to write a review now to let people now that this place has a great customer service. If I ever go back there to actually buy something or get something done, I’ll update this review.

5 stars based on the customer service. Came here with my husband, I know nothing about tool prices so I can’t say if it’s expensive or not. We were greeted by Phil, who was very full of aloha from the initial greeting until our exit. Also met the owner (Matt?) who was laid back and friendly as well. Location is nice, next to Marukai so it’s easy to get back on the freeway.
