I love this place! I love ice cream and most of the popular ice cream parlor are over-​priced. Baskin-​Robbins got a lot of promos that they send out via emails, so make sure you sign up. You get a free scoop on your birthhday! How cool is that?! Last time I came here was when they were having a $ 1.31 per scoop promo.
Staff are friendly, except for, I think their lady supervisor. Since this is located by the kiddie pool of Sheraton, there some dripping wet customers that come in. I pointed out to their supervisor that there is a huge puddle of water from where I am standing, on the other side of the counter, since she obviously cannot see the floor from the inside. She just gave me a bad look, and without speaking, she went inside their back area. Around 5 mins. later, she came back out with a mop.
The younger staff are friendly. You can ask to taste the flavors before choosing from their variety. This is the moment when you have to make the thoughest decision in choosing which flavor goes on your cone.

I eat at a lot of ice cream places while I travel. This is a typical Baskin-​Robbins and has a lot of good choices. Located in the Sheraton near the pool, it has a great view of sun bathers. They had a great staff that was very friendly. It is sometimes difficult to find good ice cream in Oahu, but this place is worth the walk. If you happen to be staying on the island, and have a special event (Birthday, etc.) stop by and grab a frozen cake. It will make your trip special.

C’mon, it’s ice cream and surprisingly one the few «dessert only» choices in the area. The location near the pool at the Sheraton Waikiki was also a plus for us. Our server was very congenial and served us large portions of ice cream. If you’re looking for a quick dessert or reward for your kids for dominating the waves, grab a scoop here.

SECOND time in two trips that this location closed early. WTF? 10:10pm one time, 10:05pm the other: paper sign on the door said closed, even though the actual sign says open until 11pm. Given the other review here stating they were late opening, somebody in charge needs to be keeping a better eye on this location…

Sorry to say it, but we loved coming here, nightly, for our sweet before bed treat. It’s perfectly situated in the back of the Sheraton, near the koi pond.
We would get our ice cream and go sit and enjoy the cool breeze and watch the fish.
I enjoyed the best Mango frozen yogurt while my husband and son shared what ever Praline, Chocolate, Peanut Butter concoctions my husband came up with on that night.
Customer service is always nice but some of the other customers can be rather rude to you or your toddler. Like ramming into my pregnant stomach with your large bag and not even apologizing. That was nice.
This is our favorite ice cream spot when we come to visit. Rude tourists won’t keep us away.

This is a pretty average ice cream place, but who doesnt love ice cream?!
I like the kona coffee, pistacio, and cookie dough flavors. This is a nice place to stop by if you’re in the area or after the beach. Been here about a dozen times and love the convenient location. Will be coming back soon I’m sure.

Poor service. Not prompt on opening time. We were sitting here on a Tues morning waiting for this BR to open… my 3yr old waited for her ice cream fix on our last day in Waikiki. Opening time is 9am, it is now 9:25am…the employee sees us waiting outside but seems to show no concern and continues to make us wait…
Once she finally opened, we were greeted w/​no smile, no «sorry for the wait»… Just awful…

So anyone who knows me, knows I’m a HUGE ice cream whore. I almost can’t function without it. More specifically, Baskin-​Robbins’ chocolate peanut butter ice cream. A year or so ago, just when I thought it couldn’t get any better, I saw it. Like being hit in the face by a lightning bolt thrown by Zeus himself: Reece’s’ Sunday! Ok… 3 massive scoops of Reece’s peanut butter cup ice cream, hot fudge, peanut butter sauce, whipped cream, Reece’s’ sprinkled on top and a cherry. Loose the sissy vanilla based Reece’s’ ice cream crap, bring in the good stuff (chocolate peanut butter) and walla! You’re welcome America.
This BR has friendly employees who are generous with the scoops, and it’s a great location, not easy to find for tourists! Next time you’re in Waikiki and you’re diabetes is under control, check out this favorite spot!

Not crowded especially on 31 cent scoop night when all the other BR’s have CRAZY long lines. Maybe waited only five minutes if that for a three scooper for less than a dollar! Hit the spot but I wouldn’t come here unless it was 31 cents/​scoop. I’d rather have Bubbies mochi ice cream! No water to wash down all that ice cream either. No parking validation so go to Rum Fire first for a four hour validation!

What’s better than two giant scoops of ice cream with friends? Oh yeah, nearly free giant scoops of ice cream with friends! My BF, bro B and friend Amy were chillaxin’ at Rumfire when we decided to mosey over to Baskin-​Robbins for their 31 cent scoop special! I feel very lucky that we happened to be in Waikiki because it was completely empty as tourists weren’t aware of the 31 cent deal that was going on from 5 pm to 10 pm that day. I heard a few horror stories via my Facebook about friends who had ventured to other Baskin-​Robbins stores only to be faced with long lines and even longer wait times. Locals loooove a good deal but boy are you going to have to fight your way through some chaos for that scoop. I think I’d rather buy a half gallon at Safeway than fight over a scoop of ice cream. But that’s just me.
Baskin-​Robbins allowed us to get three scoops at 31 cents a piece and I opted for scoops of the Oreo Awesomeness and the Very Berry Strawberry. I didn’t feel like developing my double chin any further with an obscene third scoop. The ice cream was totally tasty and the Oreo Awesomeness was so much better than the regular Oreo Cookies and Cream because it was more chocolate oreo cookie and less cream, which I liked! My only regret was that I forgot to ask for a waffle cone and I jealously kept staring at my brother B as crunched on his giant ice cream filled crunchy creation. I have to say that ice cream tastes so much better when it’s 31 cents a scoop and my friend Amy generously offered to foot the bill. A whopping $ 3.10 before tax for 10 scoops! Smart girl!

So this past Wednesday, Baskin Robbins offered «31 cent scoop night,» where you can get up to three scoops for less than $ 1. How can anyone pass up on that? So, I made a dash for it to this store (as I overheard there were crazy long lines at the King St. store) and with luck… NO LINES! In fact, there were only about six people (including myself) as I perused to see what flavors they carried. My three chosen flavors ~ Verry Berry Strawberry, Pineapple Coconut and Vanilla Pomegranate on a waffle cone (for an additional 99 cents plus tax).
What a treat!

I went for $ 0.31 scoop and we found the spot. This Baskin Robbins in Sheraton Waikiki is much cleaner (b/​c it’s newer) than the King street one. Furthermore, it didn’t have the ridiculous long line, out the door, around the corner, and down the block like King street for this special deal.
My friends and I just walked right in, and we were the ONLY ones inside. w00t!
I got the yogurt pomegranate granola parfait and the dulce de leche, and OMG, the dulce de leche (caramel) was super good!

We went for $ 0.31 scoop day and each got 3 scoops. These were supposed to be kiddie scoops, but our server went above and beyond just serving the 4 of us in a busy crowd and gave us normal scoops.
The flavors are good, just like they always have been and the variety is good, just like they always have been. Baskin-​Robbins always sends me back to the nostalgic time of childhood when mom would take my little sister and I there every week during the summer.
Now it would cost me the same amount as a small meal to have their ice cream so I don’t go there anymore… unless it’s $ 0.31 scoop day!

Just like any other Baskin Robbin’s ice cream place. Conveniently located inside so you can just sit in air conditioning after an exhausting walk in the heat of the day.
They’re very friendly, but everything in Waikiki is a little bit more expensive so beware of one scoop too many. :)
