Love the brand. Recently stopped by and I am loving what the new manager has done to the place. Very attentive when I walked in and making sure I was treated 5 star. Got me a water while I tried a variety of different shoes on. It’s the little things and this brand gets it! Thank you for my three new amazing pair of shoes along with my new bag.

Great customer service! Just window shopping and my gosh the sales person are very attentive. So many new items on display.
I have brought a few items from here before. The service is excellent! That’s the reason I am back. Might get something later in the future.

I went to this Bally store with my sister a couple of years back and we were celebrating fourth of July in Oahu. Just waiting for the fireworks to start we walk around and saw a sale sign at the window. Just for kicks my sister and I went in and to our surprise almost everything was on sale. Someone approached us right away and she was such a sweet heart. No pressure at all and even served us drinks. I got the cranberry juice and the sister just had bottled water. Yes I did end up purchasing 2 purses that was on sale and was happy with my purchase.
Now if I could remember the sales associates name.
