B.O.S.S.

A pushy saleswoman following you around is not good for business. Couldn’t even look at products by myself. Some of us just wanna take our time and see what’s there for ourselves and then ask questions. When your hair is down to your ankles and this is my 4^th go around with hair this length, wouldn’t you think I’d know about hair??? Hmmm… Yeah… never coming back to this place AGAIN!

I seriously love this beauty supply!
STAFF: every time I went I have only got to meet Anela who is extremely friendly and knowledgeable in all the products they carry. She answers all my questions and helps me find the things I need, which makes the visit to the store so much easier because I know I can count on her to help me find exactly what I need. She also always shows me all the deals and sales and helps me save money!!! Today ¹⁰⁄₂₉ there was also a man there (might be the owner) and he was also showing me the sales and products that he recommended I try. He was super friendly and also very knowledgeable about all the products. I love how they are always hooking me up with the newest samples. it seriously helps me get to know the products before i buy it. and i live that because there has been many times i have bought a product from other stores and didn’t like it so i never used it again, hence loosing myself money.
PARKING: there is a huge lot of parking, I have never had a problem finding parking at this location, there is alot of stalls that are marked for 2 hour customer parking.
PRODUCTS: The products that BOSS offers are very unique and well priced. I love using the Affinage color line for a lot of reasons, and I love that BOSS carries Kitoko oil which i recommend to everyone! I also love how i get free samples of their new products every time i visit the store! it helps me to decide if that is a product i would consider using on clients.
PRESENTATION: I love the way the store is so organized and easy to walk around. There is different shelves for all the different lines of products and unlike other beauty supply stores this one is not crammed and messy and the prices of each item is clearly listed. a lot of other beauty supply’s hide the prices or the products are in the wrong places. This store on the other hand is super efficient with the stocking. They also have a little section where you can test out the hot tools they offer! which is AMAZING because i don’t know of any other beauty supply that does that!
OVERALL: overall this has to be my favorite beauty supply to visit for everything i need! the deals are the best and its pleasant to shop around rather than having to bend and kneel to find something! BOSS has it all there in plain eye site and nicely organized. I love the location and i love the pricing of the items that they have here. I also love the friendliness of the staff and how they always help me to save money!
