My laminates are beautiful. Thru home depot, this crew did a great job. In time, a couple of spots were loose. Tony from artistic floors came out 2x to assess the problem. He said both times their office will contact us for an appt. No one called. Follow up calls were made, no call backs! Finally got in touch with them last week, made an appt. No one showed up! Called the office, was told they were running behind in schedule. Oliver calls saying he can’t do it! WTF??? 3 months to try to have the problem fixed? They refused to give me the owners number! Rating of 1 was good, it should be a big fat zero for poor, pathetic customer service! You bet I’m pissed!
