I sent an email on Dec. 3rd which was 20 days ago and still haven’t received a response. This is also not the first time that this has happened. I have had to follow up several times just to get someone to talk to me. By the time i do get them on the line, they want to hang up immediately but do not offer a solution or plan going forward. I lost my cool on the poor owner because she was being unprofessional. She finally did turn the situation around that day but alas I sent an email 20 days ago with no response. I am left with trying to contact the software maker of pixel point and deal with them directly. I inherited this POS from the former business establishment. This may have been a deal breaker had i known. I do have faith in people and aloha spirit however. So perhaps by some Christmas miracle they will read this review and email me back. I already figured out the issue I had but the point is that to be a successful business you have to call the customers back. If someone asked me today to recommend a POS company, it would not be this one and this is sad because I want to support local businesses.
