Like any cell phone store, there are simple facts that seem to be an inconvenience. You are either there because you are having problems, or trying to change something. Both of which can be tedious and time consuming. But the people here overall are efficient and helpful. And that is the most you can ask for. The process of buying a new phone, fixing a phone, or changing a plan seems to be built to take time. But they handle that process pretty well here. Robert especially is always informative and helpful. He doesn’t give you the standard old scripted routine. He genuinely tries to find the most cost effective, easiest way to get something handled. The experiences we have had were mostly like that. But we know for sure we get that experience with Robert. Overall a good experience for something that can typically be painful.

I went in last Friday to take advantage of the Early edge program. the process took forever but the Manager, Lane was awesome in trying to move the process along! The staff are very helpful, although some members of the staff are not as knowledgeable about the phones as I would have liked. What made my experience amazing was Lane! He really went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of!
