Sprint has poor cell service there many dropped calls and missed calls text can take up to 20 minutes to come through they will not allow you to cancel your service without huge cancellation fees unless your service is less than 93 effective that’s a lot you should pick any service any cell service with the exception of Sprint good luck to you and I hope you read this before you pick sprint as a cell service.

Went to this store yesterday to upgrade my device and had a great experience. The gentlemen there were superb professionals. They acknowledged me even though they had customers and after listening to my request they told me how long everything would take with constant updates.
They also tried to sell me additional items without being pushy and kind of letting the items sell themselves by displaying them.
I also witnessed them going above and beyond for the other customers in the store as well.
The customer service here was grade A.
