Disaster after a promising start. Knowledgeable sales people who seemed sharp until they later needed to use the computer to find my order(they couldn’t). I was required to drive back to stores on several occasions with my paperwork because they pulled out a paper folder of receipts and didn’t want to go through it. Phones were down for months; I called corp and other stores to try to relay messages. They said they called cells at this store but employees said they got no messages or called me back. Delivery service — was great with one team and horrible with another. They kept offering me free stuff for my trouble(pillows etc). I just wanted my mattress as promised. Cannot come close to recommending unfortunately.

Hot. Mess. Let’s outline what went wrong: 1. It took them nearly 10 minutes to find my order in the computer and another 20 to find it in their back room. 30 minutes wasted. 2. It was the wrong size. They had the wrong size box spring delivered to their store from their warehouse.(I planned to pick it up at the store when I had my moving truck to avoid their ridiculous delivery charges that would have doubled my cost). 3. They insisted it was the correct size, so I had them lay it on a queen mattress to check. I wish I had taken a photo of the guy’s face when he saw it was too small. Yep, you’d think people who work with mattresses all day would have better spatial competence than an average Joe like me, but no. 4. He said he could get me another one delivered same day. But then 10 minutes later told me it would actually be 3 days later. 5. It took them nearly 30 more minutes to process my refund. He had to call someone to figure how to do it. And I won’t see it for 7 – 10 business days. All told, I wasted over an hour of my time for absolutely nothing but aggravation. This company doesn’t deserve to be in business with this level of incompetence!
