Jack’s is a quick place to go for the kids if you are running to and from practice. I have run into several workers who are less than thrilled to be serving you. My order the last several times have been right so that’s always a good thing. Some of the employees are friendly so hopefully if you go there you will get one of them. I suggest you get a milkshake they are fantastic! There mash potatoes are really good. I have noticed the restaurant is very clean as are the restrooms. They have very good chicken fingers. I hear the pancakes are very good as well.

I would leave no stars but the limit is 1. I stood in line behind one person. For 5 minutes while some employees argued about how many pancakes were allowed on an employee order. All I heard were 2 complaining about jacks taking hours away from them and«day family problems.» Ridiculous I have never had to walk out of a jacks before!!! Drive through is almost impossible to pass and circle building in full size truck. Hated it and will not go back!

It is what it is. Burgers, fries, chicken, biscuits and typical spotty fast food service. Example, today the clerk tried to short me fifty cents in change. I pointed out her error and she never apologized or owned the mistake. She simply walked off and showed up a minute later to and me my money. No explanation, no apology, no offer to replace food that grew cold while she wandered off. Go with low expectations and you won’t be disappointed.

Jack’s is a local franchise that serves hot, fresh fast food at a price unmatched by even McDonald’s. This is my favorite location, as it is consistent, very clean, and the staff is always friendly. The chicken tenders are hand-breaded with a thin, crispy exterior, although some might find them a tad salty. I like to get the plate with two sides(coleslaw and fries) and a house-made biscuit. The burgers are a fresh, made-to-order variant on standard fast food. I recommend the Double Cheeseburger — two thin patties, chopped onions, pickles, cheese, and Jack’s Sauce(a ketchup-based sauce). The fries are fat crinkle cuts sprinkled with orange fry salt, and they are almost always fresh out of the fryer. If you’re wanting something sweet, try one of Jack’s fried pies(Peach is great).
