The people at the front desk are friendly but you can’t get to them on the telephone. I went in for some blood tests because I wasnt feeling well. I had an appointment but still waited about an hour or more to see the doctor. Now, almost a month later, I still haven’t heard from anyone with the results. Is it safe to assume I’m not sick or dying? They told me the results would be in fast. The doctor said I’d hear from her within a few days. Hmmm. I’m sure I’ll be receiving a bill soon. It would be nice to know what I’m paying for.
I would not return. I guess they are to busy to worry about the health of just one person.

Usually very good. It is in very close proximity to where I live. The ladies at desk are super friendly. Been coming here for about 5 years. Had many different doctors. Most are friendly and knowledgeable. Only had one woman who was awful (pretty sure she is gone now). She would talk down to me and be very ride and not take anything go said seriously. However when I talked to someone about it, the office manager was immediately very compassionate and took it very seriously. She got me immediately set up with one of the head Dr’s from there on out. Hence, I am still going there.
