Do not use this tow company! They were assigned to me by AAA. After waiting 3 hours on the side of the road in Key Largo in 100 degree heat, my husband flagged down another passing tow truck. I had called AAA five times to ask where they were. The dispatcher told me three times that they were 10 minutes away. Thanks to the passing tow truck driver for saving us from heat stroke. I will never go through AAA again if I am stranded in the Keys, since this is their primary tow company. If you want to die of heat stroke, wait for Sunshine. If you want to be rescued, call another tow company!
