Dunkin’ Donuts

You go there and you take the cup u bought for refill the girl takes the cup to the office and 15 min later tells me the refill is 1.50 when the sinking donuts I go each morning it’s 99 cents. The girl has an attitude issue I order 1 bagel and she charges me for two. It’s like really do u need these issues early in the am. The worst service ever and I will not go back.

I rarely write reviews on chains because I personally feel that people visit them based on their prior experiences regardless of poor reviews; however, this Dunkin Donuts is an embarassment to the brand.
I have used this Dunkin over and over again based on convenience, but after repeatedly being ignored by the staff (mostly because they are understaffed and don’t have enough man power to work the pick up window and front register), long wait times (literally only person inside the chain and still takes 10 minutes to be acknowledged), and horrible coffee… I’m done.
Hopefully, corporate will get involved to turn the customer service around at this place.

Ok Donuts in the name should indicate there’s donuts for sale, especially if your a popular national chain like Dunkin Donuts. And if your a 24 hour establishment selling donuts, you should have them for sale. Shouldn’t you? Am I right? Or am I missing something? Well at 1:30 am on Wednesday this Dunkin Donuts had no Donuts left and when I asked for bagels I got the same answer. They were out of donuts and I was missing something … The Donuts. But they did have coffee, they should call themselves DUN-​king Coffee. Oh and they haven’t replaced the light bulbs in their Dunkin Donuts sign outside. Only the «Open 24 hrs» sign is lit. The coffee lately has been a disgrace. The last 4 times I have been to this Dunkin Donuts my coffee has been undrinkable. Why would I want super watered down coffee? Starbucks should thank this Dunkin Donuts for being so terrible. Not going back to this Dunkin Donuts anymore. This place use to be good, what happened?

So my girlfriend and I could not sleep and decided to go to Krispy Kreme but decided to give dunkin donuts a shot since it was closer to home. Bad move, it was 3am and the store had two cops eating inside and one customer on his laptop. They said we were not aloud in. So we go thru drive thru and there out of DONUTS!!! Are you kidding me??? This location needs to shut down ASAP!!! Not to mention there sweet tea we ordered tasted as if it came out of a syrup bag ewwww never again!!! No star if this was an option

I am always in hope that I will do a positive update review, especially when I have given a negative one prior. Unfortunately this is not the case. I had originally left out the nightmare of trying to use their App for purchases. I wont draw this out, but the entire store was clueless for months. I even complained to the Corporate. They were apologetic and said that they will have the franchise owner call me. It never happened and I stopped going for two months. When I finally returned they had one person who knew how to use the App and I began using it. The service was still slow and the staff seems they were and are confused.
Today I waited 30 mins in line at 545 in the morning for a coffee and a breakfast sandwich. When I asked for them to put mayo on the sandwich they said they would put a packet in my bag. I said I am driving and would not be able to do it. They said well thats what they do, so I said they can cancel the sandwich. They sounded annoyed and replied well then I guess we have to do it. It was too early in the morning to even acknowledge that comment.
I think I have to start making my own dunkin donuts coffee at home.

The breakfast sausage egg croissants is good. Coffee is good. But my donut was only alright, not enough cream in the bavarian crème donut.

Why so skimpy on the sprinkles???

It’s been a while since i’ve been on Unilocal but I do have some updates. A representative from Dunkin Donuts contacted me via e-​mail and apologized for the customer service, they also told me to pick up a free dozen to show their gratitude. I never did pickup that free dozen though.
