This weekend while shopping at the Holyoke Mall, I needed to find a pair of hats for our upcoming wedding, so I decided to stop in at this Lids location.
The Holyoke Mall had two Lids stores which is great. I ended up stopping at the larger store which has not only an amazing selection, but also has custom made hats. The last time I came in I made a hat for a special event and the end result was incredible. This time I was able to find some nice chauffer hats to match our future tuxedos.
The staff here is always polite and willing to help you find the right item. Overall, I have shopped at other Lids locations in the past, but the team here obviously loves hats and they show it with the amazing service they give each customer. This will continue to be my go-​to hat store.
