Service bad. Food u never ready when I go there I order sink would have to wait for my order to be ready. And their food presentation is horrible, the food always looks like they prepared it on a trash can. I didn’t realize I was eating at «Famous Dave’s»

Made the mistake of coming here before reading the reviews. My significant other had a yen for a whopper. We had some coupons, so we we ventured over. What a mistake. We ordered two whopper meals and the popcorn chicken. The chicken was a mistake considering what is available at the Chik-​fil-​a down the road. The whoppers were cold and the drinks were terrible — the diet Coke tasted like they ran out of syrup and the root beer was just bad. The whopper was probably cold because we went through the drive through and waited at least 10 minutes to get through. Find another place…

Unilocal needs to revise their ratings to include a «0». This is possibly the worst Burger King in the country. It was, certainly, the worst fast food visit in my 50 year experience. I arrived on Saturday evening a little before 6. Despite there being only one additional patron at the counter, it tool more than 5 minutes for the staff to be bothered to take an order. I thought it was simple enough, a BK Stacker, a Whopper, Onion Rings and the Sweet Potato Fries
Then the wait began. I stood off to the side, and additional customers came in and placed orders. When I had waited about 8 minutes for the food, I asked if I had been forgotten. I was told the fries had just been put down.
Others started to ask about their order and the staff started to get belligerent. One woman was shouted at. When she called for the manager he offered nothing, not even speaking to the employees, who were in front of him the whole time.
Finally after 28 minutes, I managed to get my food… and get out quick. The manager smirked a ‘Thanks, come again’ as I was leaving.
At least the order was correct.
I will not return to that BK. I went to their website and put in a complaint and received a request to call the district manager, which I will. I am going to suggest the entire staff be retrained, not that it’ll help any.
I wholly recommend that everyone stay away from this location!
