Very good! Tasty, very nice staff and great prices. My only complaint would be my side of sweet plantains was a little small, just 3 small pieces, but they were delicious.

A hidden gem on the strip of biscayne boulevard. If you’re looking for legitimate Cuban food in Miami, then you’ve found it. What seems to be a simple Cuban outpost with traditional Cuban café items is a full restaurant. The ambiance is a little dated, and there’s a small beer and wine selection. Wifi is also available and there’s a free parking lot beside it. The menu is vast: breakfast, sandwiches, platters, fresh-squeezed juices, coffee and pastries. My three top party ordered the #14 breakfast which consisted of two large, buttered and pressed slices of Cuban toast that was served quartered and an egg white omelette with green onions and pimento cheese. Each breakfast comes with toast and coffee which is steamed milk and a side of colada that you pour in. Breakfast is about $ 7 – 9. I ordered the Cuban sandwich and a side of fries. I failed to realize that they serve the sandwich with two generous handfuls of potato sticks for $ 8, and the massive basket of fries for $ 2 – 3 which were fry perfection. My cousin ordered a Cuban breakfast which had beans and rice(already mixed — not the best black beans and rice), 2 croquetas, eggs, ham, and toast. A feast that could have easily fed two people. Overall a great, affordable place.

Love their egg and cheese croissants. The first time I ordered over the phone there was a language barrier, I speak solely English and the woman who is always there behind the counter speaks mostly Spanish, but once we got that first order down I have ordered with ease since. she is always extremely polite and busy working hard, every time I pick up my food there is business so I guess they’re doing something right.

I have been here a few times for take out, but today my husband and I decided to dine in for breakfast. They will cook the potatoes without onions for you if you ask!(I hate onions). They were seasoned nicely with herbs and the sausage was delicious! The restaurant was full of regulars which is always nice and reassuring. We will be trying out lunch next weekend.

This is definitely not a 4.5STAR average Cuban restaurant, especially when compared to the likes of Black Beans & Juana. — ordered chicken steak with black beans and rice. Order came out with stingy fresh onions instead of being layered with caramelized onions. — the chicken steak itself was razor thin, almost like a slice of bologna, I’ve never seen anything like this before at a Cuban restaurant. — there was an odd red film over the chicken steak. — chicken steak was somewhat bland as it was missing the caramelized onions. — the rice looked fine but had to much moisture in it which resulted in a pseudo porridge like texture. — fried plantains are extra and don’t come with the meal. — didn’t have a fresh orange juice machine. They claimed they make the freshly squeezed orange juice offsite in the mourning and store it in the fridge, sure buddy. ++service was very friendly.
I’m definitely not coming back

Dont be fooled by the location, it looks like a little place in a strip mall but the food is amazing. Highly recommend all their sandwiches especially«man of the house» the chicken steak is amazing and we had them cater our Christmas party and everything was great. If in the area please try this place you won’t be disappointed

Being that we were just leaving miami we wanted to try some Cuban food. After looking on Unilocal I saw that there was this place and had solid ratings so we took a chance. When we arrived to the location we had a hard time finding the place but after getting inside the quaint little spot were plsenttly surprised. After being greeted by the server and told to Take a seat she came right over and offered us something to drink. After looking at the menu my wife got an egg scramble with ham and cheese with coffee/cream. I had the Cuban sandwich on a croissant with a side of rice and black beans. The Cuban although not a traditional one still a good sandwich and the beans were so good. Our breakfast was only 16 bucks 20 after tip. Can not beat that with a stick. Overall a great place to stop.

Bit skeptical walking in as the store next door had some bullet wear & tear. but this café did not let down. i’m thinking you can’t go wrong with any cuban food in florida. i did have an accident w the language barrier… i asked what was in the tamal & heard mice. i still ordered it, bc why not? Turns out it was maize.

This place is great. This place is great. This place is great. Having said that, its also clean, fast, and has attentive and kind service. If you want to go to a wonderful little Cuban place, go here. Did I mention the food is great?

Found on Unilocal while visiting area, decided to try for lunch, given the great reviews. Not particularly familiar with this type of food, we played it semi safe with cuban steak, rice and beans for me, a burger with chorizo mixed in for hubby. Good, not great, but again I have little with which to compare. Server was very sweet, although we had a little trouble communicating.

Having moved away from Florida years ago finding a good Cuban coffee becomes an obsession each time my husband and I visit my brother. This trip on our way back from a Hollywood beach we tried Three Palms. The café con leche is perfection! The steak sandwich, Cuban sandwich, & tostones were also hot and delicious. The atmosphere was just as you’d expect from an unassuming space in a south Florida strip mall. The specials board and half the conversations were in Spanish. The service was fine, friendly, and fast enough for«real» food. Would certainly return if/when we are back in the area.

I’ll admit it. I have a problem. I can’t stop visiting little Cuban cafes for breakfast. But if I’m going to have an addiction, I think this is the perfect one to have! I have only eaten there once but I plan on going back! The prices are great! Where else are you going to get eggs, ham, Cuban toast, croquetas and a very strong, authentic Cuban coffee for $ 7? Sign me up! Attentive service. It’s in a little strip mall so don’t drive past it!(They also get a gold star for serving breakfast all day)

Best authentic Cuban breakfast around and the ladies working there are the sweetest. It’s a hidden gem in a plaza off Dixie highway but you know you’ve found it when you see the ‘yes, we’re open sign.’ I now go for breakfast every week and also got a Cuban sandwich to-go which was just as delicious. Going to have to try everything on the menu.

BEST Cuban coffee with a smile and the coziness of Hollywood! Great food, and I will say again, BEST Cuban coffee around! If you can catch the pollo asado when its on special(call ahead as it sells out all the time), get it and you will be hooked. Whether you are stopping in for b-fast, lunch or just a coffee and back to the road, this spot is awesome! By the way, I am not Cuban or Spanish… but this is a Cuban Cuban place… be prepared to habla as best as you can… and bring your sense of humor… I guess what I am trying to say is that this place is like if you had a Cuban relative who has a place and they welcome you in like that… then act accordingly as you completely immerse yourself in the atmosphere and enjoy the food, tastes, scent and ambiance!

Food was really authentic. We felt very welcomed in this cozy atmosphere. Great prices on great food. Fast service too. I am only giving it 4 stars because the restaurant needs better decorating but who really cares about that when the food is so good?

I love this place! The food is always great and service is great also! I am now a regular and they are always so welcoming. They are also really affordable and realistic with their prices. I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants some real cuban food in Hollywood.

This has become my go to spot. It’s conveniently located two minutes from work, and I sometimes have to FORCE myself not to go in for coffee on my way to the office. The plaza is super sketchy but the food and service are worth it. Ledeidy, the server and barista, is there nearly every day, and she keeps the regulars entertained and happy with her lovely smile and positive attitude. The minus one star is because the food isn’t consistent. They have cousins and family members cooking the food differently every day. Sometimes my tostada is perfectly buttered, sometimes it’s lacking, sometimes the pieces of bread are really small, sometimes really big(I don’t complain on those days obviously, but it gets my hopes up). They also don’t have papa rellena, which are delicious and a necessity in Cuban bakeries!!! I will also add that I ordered bandejas a few weeks ago for my dad’s birthday, with pastelitos and bocaditos, and they were really big for the price I paid(something like $ 12 each), and really yummy! I ate like 10 bocaditos before the party even started.

Well then, I just called to get delivery since I’m having a bad pregnancy day and the girl said«No speak English» I asked«anyone speak English there?» She said No, so I couldn’t find out if they delivered to my place, so I couldn’t order. Very sad, they lost business because of a communication issue. 1 star for this. UPDATEAFTER A FEWHOURS: Not being able to find any place that delivered and wasn’t crazy expensive(and having a craving for a cuban sandwich) I headed out to find Pedro’s Café. I checked their location and found a place with that address and a sign«CUBANFOOD» and thought I had found the place. I go inside and see Three Palms on their menu… sigh. Apparently Pedro’s and Three Palms is the same place. In person, the girl seems to speak broken english so I was able to order easily. Medianoche, chicken soup to calm my queasy stomach and café con leche for comfort. The sandwich — all cuban sandwiches are alike to me. Not to say they are not good. It’s a comforting kind of sandwich, you don’t really get a lot of surprises with them. The Café con Leche, sweetly delicious and comforting. I know I can go here for a good cup. The chicken soup — now this is what surprised me. There were *huge* chunks of chicken in there and if I needed this soup to fill me up then I would have been satisfied. It came with a lime and maybe that was the difference it needed but it reminded me of a mexican soup I make and I was very impressed. Very good soup when you’re not feeling that great. 1 star first off for the annoyance of not being able to communicate and not even trying to attempt to communicate, then I added 2 stars for the good food.
