This is the most poorly run store I have ever been in. Waited 15 minutes in line and was told by a manager to move to another register. That computer crashed and the manager said oh well you must go back to the other line. Another 20 minutes to check out. For 16 copies. Are you kidding me? Every employee at this store should be fired.

Wow this place sucks no organization. A clutter of people seemed to walk in before and after us. We all just scanned the place for some marking of where a line should begin. A quick print trip turned into 10 minutes of walking around to look for an associate. We never did, but people just started creating a line. We stay in line and an associate pops up like a ghost. Maybe 5 minutes later we are told that we are in the wrong line? TF?
One associate was handling 3 imaginary lines that were filled with hostile people. We decided not to react as others and received decent service — but really what TF was going on here. Computer wasn;t printing like the screens directed. And computer was not (thankfully) billing per every minute of use. Most of the time in line we listened to people reminisce about a Staples that use to be in the area.
If you’re here, you probably have no other options.

Stopped in to use PC check up service. After waiting about 15 minutes and two folks saying wait at counter for service. A third associate came and advised that the tech was unavailable and their system was down. They claim that since the merger they have experienced problems

Maybe its been a year since the comments above but Kevin and the rest of the team are extremely great. Priceless knowledge and A1 customer service thank you guys for making it into a experience.

If I could give no stars I would. The staff is nice. However prices hardly ever come up right in the register. Check your pricing before you pay.
Forget the clearance section. 90% of the items in the clearly marked clearance section have not been price reduced. They know this and they don’t care.
Usually only one register open no matter how busy.
Save yourself the aggregation and go to the Office Depot in Sheridan plaza instead. It’s nearby. Trust me.

Terrible terrible terrible! Entire store is totally uninformed of their products, lazy, no personality at all., especially herb at the print shop ! He is totally rude and disrespectful and should be fired !
Don’t ever go there store is a waste of your time!
