Believe it or not, I actually lived here for 1 ½ months back in 2004. This place is very run down. There was mold every where. When I was trying to get settled into the Miami area, we rented a room for a month, thinking that this place would be clean. We were way, way off. The ice machine leaked water into the hallway, and our sliding glass door didn’t lock. There are far better hotels in the Hollywood area. I will say that the staff was extremely friendly, and our monthly rate was very cheap.
