I ordered the watch on line. It arrived with the band disconnected. I was unable to make it connect so I returned it at their suggestion to repair of replace. They were unable to replace it so, good for them, they refunded my purchase pricel. However, they did not refund my costs of shipping back to them (approximately 15% of the purchase price). I’ve made muptiple inquiries with no response. Not a good experiece.
