I took my kids here as a surprise for doing well during appointments and errand running. The ice cream was great; received way more than any of us could eat in one sitting. The service left a little to be desired; two of our orders were completely wrong, even after writing it down. Nonetheless, I will come back; too many options and flavors to not try this place again.

Five stars for ice cream –5 stars for service. The ice cream is great; a little pricey. But the people with the window really don’t care if you get your order anytime soon. 12 people standing in line at the one window open; more than six people inside; one very slow person serving customers at the window. Just don’t be in a hurry to get your ice cream!

Good ice cream… Waayyyyy over priced! You can buy a pint from the grocery store for what you pay for one scoop. Stop it, Brusters! Bring your prices down!
Then, they don’t carry the basic flavors. I ask for a Rocky Road and my mom asked for Cherry Vanilla, nope! Really???

Great stop for ice cream on a hot day… after seeing it from the highway on our way to sightsee.
The portions are large, the choices are vast, and the service is pretty quick, especially if you park and walk up instead of waiting in line in your car.
Highly recommended!!!

The Ice Cream here is just… well it’s just ice cream. There’s nothing special about it and frankly it’s a bit overpriced for what you get (keep in mind this is a Californian calling it overpriced). We got a scoop of Mint Chocolate Chip and a scoop of Oreo and it was decent, but at the end of the day… nothing about it stands out. The drive through is pretty cool and convenient though.

The place is drive thru ice cream… need I say more? They have a great variety of flavors. Sorbet and other options too. Free kiddie cone for little ones! Waffle cones are huge. Sundaes are okay. The ice cream is great on its own. They have so many different things that there is something for everyone. Only cons are sometimes there is quite a wait and it can get pricey. Overall great place.

Awesome place for the best ice cream :) we go there all the time. My son likes to eat the dirt ice cream and Oreo cookie ice cream. It’s the best ! We will miss this place when we move.

While a little out of the way for us, I would not hesitate to drive here again. They were very busy, but they move people along quite well. The ice cream is top notch and the selection is outstanding! It is a great place to bring the family on a nice day for a treat.

I love you. I can’t even begin to tell you how happy you make me feel. I’m delighted every time I go to Bruster’s and see you as an available flavor. When I do have a craving, the majority of the time, you’re available. My heart is broken when you’re not there. I wish that you would stay there permanently like vanilla and chocolate do.
