Went there yesterday with my wife to get a milkshakes. I knew they’re open till 2am so we came at 1:45. They was CLOSE!!! I went to their website to check the hours. They souposed to be open till 3 am! Shame!

Poor customer service. When you read the same in every review you would expect things to change. Owner operated. The rude staff are the owners. Look at the photos. No excuses. Rude. Dirty. Few flavors. Expensive. Outside only seating. Tables never clean. And my 6yr old did a faceplant slipping on a gallon of water that leaked in front of the ice cream case. The owner didn’t ask if she was ok. I pointed out the water which he ignored to keep taking orders. When it was out turn I asked if he could take care of the flood so nobody dies. He was rude and said he was busy. I squared off with him, advising him of the liability, that someone already fell. Refused to order until he took care of it. Shouldn’t have needed to be forced to keep customers safe and eatery clean.

I went to this location yesterday for a sugar fix. I patiently waited in line to get my ice cream. I was highly disappointed with the service there. There were only two employees working and they both seemed like they did not want to be there. To make matters worse, the cashier refused to honor the Unilocal check-​in offer. We were told it needed to be printed out. The manager was called and she agreed with the cashier. My friends and I politely showed them our phones and the notation that the offer only needs to be displayed on the phone. After much hassle, they agreed to honor the offer.
I ordered the vanilla, not impressed at all. I for sure will never go back.

5 Stars for being open after 1 am and offering an array of evening delights. The ice cream is just what you expect of a Ben & Jerry‘s, high quality and delicious. There is also a pretzel place in the same store. I’m not sure if they just share a space or are separate shops. If they are separate it was ingenious for the two to be neighbours. The two together offer plenty of options for everyone in your party salty and sweet!

Great to have a Ben & Jerry’s at a great place like the Hard Rock! All the great flavors! Tried the Late Night Snack inspired by Jimmy Fallon! Yum! There were some frozen yogurt options but none that tickled my fancy.
There are tables right outside of Ben and Jerry’s to enjoy your frozen treat and people watch :)

Expensive, creamy, delicious ice cream. Gotta love that it’s open late and located next to all the bars and clubs at the Hard Rock. Perfect for late night munchies!
