I had an issue with the Holly Springs UPS store — This posting is NOT about the issue (not important) rather, about the Customer Service by the Owner (Dave) I got a call from Dave and he spent time to hear me out — Bottom Line — Dave went above and beyond — Great Customer service — It is not often in todays times that a Owner will take then time to call and Listen — I really appreciated that

I *heart* this UPS location, because when I walked in the other day wearing my vintage mid-’90’s, straight from Long Beach «Sublime» T-​shirt, the very friendly young gal at the counter said, «I love Sublime! …awesome Tee!» That alone deserves a 5-​star review, no?! Granted I have retired Sublime from my usual playlists long ago, but I shall reward this business for hiring a fellow fan that so cheerfully greeted me as I entered and made me wonder, «What can Brown do for you?»
A company that can somehow make the color ‘brown’ cool, deserves respect. Rumor has it that they were the first delivery service to allow their delivery drivers to wear shorts as part of their uniform options. That’s pretty cool too! Finally, they *heart* logistics!
Logistics, is what I got, I said remember that.
