So basically I caught them preloading the scale to read a +1.0(I assume in ounces) with nothing on it. When I pointed out the scale was not zeroed there was no apology or shocked face I’m convinced they knew and probably been going on for a long time. Review: yogurts good toppings good paint and décor hasn’t changed since they opened and the chairs are so uncomfortable. Feeling like you almost got ripped off?

The place has gone down hill. It’s starting to really look run down. It was pretty filthy, no fresh fruit, the machines looked dirty, even the cash registers were covered in so much dust they looked furry. All the syrups and sauces were either empty or all dried out. Just over all yuck! And it wasn’t the kind of dirty, that happens right after a rush of people. Disappointed!

Don’t bother! We had to drive from SJ to Hollister for an errand. We wanted to grab the kids ice cream before the long drive home. It was 8pm on Friday night. I did a Unilocal search to see which places were still open. Froyo Delight was open till 9pm, so we went there. A sign with the hours on the door confirmed that they were open till 9pm. I saw a woman inside the store. I went to open the door, BUTALAS!!! The door was locked!!! I knocked on the door. The woman inside went behind the counter and began cleaning and REFUSEDTOLOOKATMEORACKNOWLEDGEMYEXISTENCE. I knocked more. She was only like 3 ft from where I was knocking. And there wasn’t any music. There was no logical reason why she would completely ignore me and my family standing in front of her door. After 5 minutes of this(at this point, I just wanted to be acknowledged) she finally walked to the door. «We’re closed.» «Well, your sign and Unilocal say you’re open till 9. And why were you ignoring me?» «We’re closed.» Um. Ok. Whatever!!! When to Froyo in Gilroy. The lady there was SUPER nice. Froyo was yum! Drive to Gilroy, don’t bother with this Hollister place.

Prior to writing this review I tried calling the business to express my concerns but the number that I found has been disconnected. So I turned to Unilocal to try to inform the management that they have a problem in their establishment… that problem is roaches! I sent my son into get some yogurt and upon paying for our treat he saw a roach near the cash register. He said the employee grabbed it with a napkin and said nothing.

Its ok. The frozen yogurt is good, the toppings are good. The ambiance is not so good. Paint is chipping from the brick wall. And all you hear is buzzing from the yogurt machines. If they added music it could really liven up the place.

I really am happy Hollister has a frozen yogurt place but this one is a bit pricey!!! I never get toppings, too expensive. But I love the strawberry, coconut and the apple pie flavors. Mmmm.

Came here a few months back and there were cockroaches coming from and around the yogurt dispensers. Obviously disgusting, but when we went to inform the staff they most definitely knew about this previously and offered to discount our purchase. We threw away our yogurt and have not returned since do to the feeling that this place is extremely unsanitary! And this sucks because I love froyo and this is the only place in Hollister!

The yogurts is ok; no fun flavor surprises. They have a nice assortment of topping This is the third time coming here. The first time the place was a little dirty. This time today was really disgusting. The topping mixed together, all the yogurts dispenser were sticky and gross, I stuck to my chair, the floors had yogurts and topping all over it but that just added to the layers of other dirt. The bathroom had to towels and pretty sure not cleaned for a few days. This will probably be our last time. If this is what is at the front of the house… WHATISBEHIND? ?? I gave 2 stars because it’s the only game in town.

This place is gross. There are always kids running around wiping their fingers on the dispensers to get free yogurt while the lady at the front sits ignoring everyone. It is always dirty. The cost is staggeringly, ridiculously obscenely high. There isn’t an ingredient there that makes it worth the price. You’re better off going to the grocery store and getting a few containers of yogurt. The service will be better too. I’ve been three times now and that’s my last. Interestingly the place in MH was half the cost for pretty much the same thing. I always feel ripped off. Do not recommend.

I went in a couple days ago and my total was $ 5.30. I gave the young man a five dollar bill, a quarter and a dime. He asked if I wanted my nickel change! It is entirely self service and he expected a tip(however small) for doing nothing but taking my payment. How really obnoxious … I won’t be going there again.

Just went back and was pleasantly surprised to find the staff very friendly, welcoming and helpful. What a change from my last visit. Yaaaay! Made all the difference. I wish they did have coffee frozen yogurt more often… ;)

I went in for my 2nd visit yesterday and will not be back. The place was nothing short of dirty, the yogurt was too liquidy, and it is too expensive.(it was this way at both visits but thought I’d give it a 2nd try since I live in Hollister) * * If you have a frozen yogurt craving try Fro-Yo Fever in Gilroy! It is immaculate and about half as expensive! I had the same yogurt and toppings there and it was $ 8 and change in Hollister and only $ 4 in Gilroy. And no I am not related to the owners.

I love frozen yogurts. My favorite is vanilla and cake batter. Can’t get enough. It’s so addicting.

What can I say. I have a weakness for frozen yogurt. It’s hard to give less stars than 5, due to its self serve, they have toppings, and the people behind the counter do not smell funny. So all that said, if what your looking for is frozen yogurt in Hollister, well then you have come to the right place.

Finally went in to try Fro Yo. Was going to get an ice cream cone at McDonald’s, but decided to try some frozen yogurt instead. It’s been a long time since I’ve ever tried frozen yogurt. I got the root-beer float yogurt because ti sounded good and I’d never even heard of such a flavor until now. It tasted great. I added the mini peanut butter cup topping, and those were good too. Not been much of frozen yogurt eater, but now I want to go to Fro Yo more often. The workers were nice and helpful, too.
