I was kept waiting for a very long time without being greeted or acknowledged by the staff when I showed up for my first-​time appointment.
When I was acknowledged they were extremely rude even the optometrist wasn’t very friendly. Will not be coming back to this doctor! I would recommend not even trying them, unless you like being treated poorly, waiting forever, and blowing far too much money for a pair of glasses and/​or contacts.
This is for the RxOptical on 10 Mile Rd. in Rockford, but that one does not show up on Unilocal
