These guys came highly recommended by a friend so we hired them to do a move within NYC in July. The move was straightforward enough and required packing one apartment and moving into storage for two weeks until our new place was ready. When we arrived at our new place, we were missing a few boxes, including some difficult to replace items. The company claimed they would help us file claims and be compensated, but in the end, the $ 1800 claim was denied and they offered us $ 39. Honestly, very insulting. I’ve used 3 moving companies in the NYC area and these guys were the worst by a wide margin.

The crew came on time couple days after blizzard 2015, had to park huge truck in middle of road. Wrapped and cushioned all furniture and tv’s very carefully. Saved me approximately $ 300 due to finished job quicker then quoted!!! These guys were awesome and I highly recommend them!!! They even laid out cushions on wood floors in new place!!! No charge for extra boxes!
