I have always had trouble getting my blood drawn. I’ve had techs stick me up to 8 times and get nothing. I was referred to Quest because of this problem. A very nice lady named Charna drew my blood on the very first try and it was virtually painless. She was very friendly and got ot me out of there quickly. What more could you ask for?

I’ve been here a few times for blood tests and a glucose test. First time I went online, made an appointment, arrived, signed-in, sat in waiting room for about 10 minutes, got called in. Staff was matter of fact. Second time I went straight there as a walk-in with my little 9 month-old daughter. Signed-in at 12:53 and waited almost an hour until 1:45. They kept taking people with appointments ahead of us. Lesson: Make an appointment! Oh, and bring reading material or your phone. All they have to read is a couple old National Geographic magazines.

Where has customer service gone. Maybe the technician was having a bad day… again. Unfortunately one bad apple ruins the whole batch. My wife is legally blind and can only make it to this location on select weekends. Requesting to expedite the service and fax copies to my doctor was like asking for a giant favor. Technician was very rude. I asked for her name and she was again very condescending. This personality does not belong at this medical facility. People coming into these facilities have medical issues and like in my case, disabilities. Very sad. I’m sure she wouldn’t want this treatment! One star for customer service.

I went here for a drug test and the staff was nice and polite. They weren’t rude to me or overly friendly or pushy. I got in and got out in a matter of five minutes. Fast, polite service. Can’t ask for more!
