I had my oil change here and my transmission flush and one cabin filter changed. After two days i realized that the oil changed they gave me was improper done . My land lord brought it to my attention, that it was leaking badly. It caused her driveway to be damaged . I contacted them they where very nice to me ad frist . Then when i realized how they scamed me I report them to the corporte office. after worths the district manager called me and we talk . Charged me $ 4 to put fluid in my car for Windows! Another jiffy lube told me I was scammed!!! I’ll never go back

I’m sitting at my local jiffy lube. I’ve been here several times – but because of this experience, I’ll definitely be back. I stopped by because my «check oil light came on». About 1000 miles or so prior I had my oil changed at this location and they must have forgotten to reset. Let’s face it, that’s common. So I swung by since my owners manual was less than helpful. Not only did they take my car quickly to reset, but they even washed my windows while I was waiting. Completely unnecessary, but what a wonderful touch. They’ll be seeing me again.

I used to go to this Jiffy Lube many years ago. My wife has continued to use them while I’ve been taking my car to the dealer for service. Jiffy Lube offered a great coupon, so I took advantage.
I arrived at about 9:30 AM on a Monday morning. The car was taken right in. I was in and out in about 15 minutes. You really can’t beat that.

I went here in February for the first time, and was happy with the service, except that they said I needed a new air filter and they didn’t have it. Went back after another 5,000 miles, and they said the air filter was fine. I hadn’t changed it. I asked the manager what was up, and he pulled the air filter, and it needed to be changed. I told him that I didn’t appreciate being lied to, and I would not be returning. He apologized. I went and bought an air filter at an auto parts store and changed it myself. I will not be back. An air filter for a Mazda CX5 should be available, IMO, and if not, then say so, but don’t lie and say it’s OK.

These guys were fantastic. I was in and out in about 20 minutes. What i really liked is they took the time to explain stuff about what was being done to my car, and didn’t make me feel stupid when i had questions.
Appreciate the service. Highly recommended.

Well after being treated so bad at the Walmart store in Addison, IL I finally had my oil changed at Jiffy Lube in Hoffman Estates.
A little more expensive but, the service was great and friendly as I arrived 15 minutes till closing. I expected them to tell me that it was to late for the oil change but, they were happy to do the.
Like I said before, sometime you get what you pay for. To me service and treatment should always be the number priority no matter want the cost.

After waiting 3 hours and still not getting my work done at Firestone, I came here today.
They are small but QUICK! Accurate, friendly, helping, and positive people! Why did I never come to Jiffy Lube!?? They said it will take 45 minutes, they had me out of there withing 32 minutes! Love them: D
(Not only this place, I went to a different Jiffy Lube before coming here, they were very nice and helped me find a right store for my work!)
I think this brand is going to be on my trust list. I forgot the name of the person who helped me, but I will add his name on Tip here once I will look at my receipt.
But I believe they are all very helpful!

Fast and friendly service for sure. Pennzoil has a mail in rebate going on for high mileage oil and they offered to fill it out and mail it in for me. I will get a $ 10 check in the mail. Only reason I gave them a 4 star review is because the man who was helping me tried to make some unnecessary add on sales in my opinion. He kept trying to push fluids, wipers, brake lights and I kept saying no. The nice thing was that once I said no, he did not push for the sale anymore and was understanding. Other than that, I’ve been going here for a while and should continue to do so!

Very friendly, not pushy and quicker than most locations. Cramp waiting area but you won’t be there for long.

Adam, the manager, was excellent. He worked with me on a situation with a stripped oil plug and went above and beyond to help me out and make me happy. I will continue going to Jiffy Lube because of him.

I went there on a Saturday around noon. Cars were flying in and out of there. Everyone there worked as a team to get all cars serviced. There were 4 cars in front of me and I was still out if there in 20 min. Best experience I’ve ever had at any jiffy lube

Fast service, super nice people, informative but never too pushy
probably the only 10 min oil change place in the world who can actually get it done in 10 min
people have never been pushy with me but always take a few minute to give me the full run down on my vehicle
I even asked for a recommendation of a detailing place and the attendant sat there and talked me through a few best options that he’s been to.
I’m a repeat customer and will be for as long as they keep it up.

This is probably the best Jiffy Lube I’ve been to. I walked in ready to shoot down any upsells they tried to push on me. There was only two, one of which was a brake light. That was only $ 10 so I said sure. When it came time to pay, the guy who had been working on my car (Alfredo) said that they thought it was electrical since they changed the light and it didn’t work. I ended up only paying for the oil change! I figured they would charge me anyway since they used the part and the labor (I mean, I know it’s only a light the labor is practically nonexistent). I am DEFINITELY going back for an oil change next time I need one!

My fiances job requires him to get an oil change 3 times a month and we are in this location all the time. About 6 weeks ago we had found out that someone put a temporary oil plug in the pan and it needed to be re-​thread. My fiancé’s boss had paid the price to get the pan re-​thread and we figured it was safe to go to Jiffy Lube again since we had a brand new plug in the pan. Boy were we wrong.
Next few times seemed alright. Justin knew exactly how to deal with everything on the vehicle and was one of the only people there trusted to do it correctly without messing it up. The last time he wasn’t there to help us out and everything was a complete disaster.
I turned to my fiancé and told him that there where more than one person (including the manager) under the vehicle trying to figure something out. We had sat there for over 5 minutes watching them fiddle around under the van. The manager quickly jumped out and went back to talking with other employees since we were the only people being helped at the time. My fiancé had gotten the attention of one of the men working and asked what they were doing and all he could say is that they were «on standby» so we quickly requested to talk to the manager. The manager came in and tried to tell us that the threads on the plug for the oil pan just fell out. I, for one, can tell you that the only way for that to happen is by someone messing it up themselves. My fiancé proceeded to tell him that there is no way he was paying for their screw up since we now needed to go to Chevy and get the oil pan replaced. (In his job he can’t drive 3,000+ miles a week on a temporary oil plug.) The manager became very hostile and raised his voice at us as soon as we had told him that one of his employees messed the vehicle up. My fiancé had tried to explain to him that there is absolutely no way that the threads fell out but he continued to tell him that he was absolutely wrong and there’s nothing they can do. My fiancé then asked why they had never planned on telling him that they had messed up the threads and were going to put in a temporary without any notice. He told him that it wasn’t necessary for them to let their costumers know when they do that because it happens all the time. WHAT??? How do they not tell people when they completely ruin a part of the car? The manager then continued to walk away to go grab the piece that they screwed up and comes back screaming in my fiances face. We were so upset being treated like this when we have been loyal paying costumers 3 times a month for the past 6+ months. After some words were exchanged he used some very inappropriate words to tell us that he was paying for it, leave, and never to come back to that location again.
I have never before been treated so rudely by someone who is supposed to be setting an example for the name Jiffy Lube and his employees. No one should be treated like that in an establishment where someone is getting paid to run some place with class. I would never recommend any one go there, or any Jiffy Lube after finding out their thoughts on how things should be ran. People deserve to know when something is messed up on a vehicle they are spending so much money on. Spend the $ 10 extra and go to a real shop. Have someone check out the rest of your vehicle while you are there as well so that you can make sure Jiffy Lube hasn’t messed anything up without telling you.

I pulled in 2 minutes before closing time on a Saturday & they still took me! Very nice, very fast. They showed me my air filter, told me how long it had been since it was last changed & asked if I wanted to replace it. I had to call my husband (because I know nothing about cars!) and they patiently waited while I called. We got a new air filter, oil changed & all paid up in about 9 minutes and I did not feel rushed at all. I would definitely recommend this location because they have a great team working there!

These are the nicest mechanics ever! I got a maintenance check and oil change here… I wish they offered more car services but unfortunately I have to go elsewhere for a wheel alignment, etc. I definitely trust these guys and will only go here for car maintenance checks from now on. I didn’t feel overcharged or cheated. Everything took less than 25 minutes. I’m pleased :)

Back at this location after a try at another one. Got a wave and a smile when I walked in, they remembered me!

Be prepared for someone to greet you in some non English language. All you get told is «I do your oil change». Then I am told to walk all the way around to sit inside. So I thought maybe the manager will come and ask me if I wanted regular or synthetic oil. NOPE. Instead, after waiting clueless-​ly for 15 mins, Mr Renat did up sell me some battery corrosion thing, which is fine. He was a fairly polite gentleman. However, as far as the cleanliness of store — I definitely don’t want to sit staring at garbage cabinet and 3 days old coffee pot. Poor magazine selection — good luck just sitting on those 5 uncomfortable chairs and waiting. My car door was wide open and so was the window while it was RAINING outside. And I don’t like to sit in a wet car. Needless to say, I wont be back.
