I called today to find out if they took used cd plastic containers and spoke with Jared. Jared informed me they do not take them but was super helpful in giving me ideas of places around the area that might want them. Thanks so much!

its bittersweet writing this, but im sad to say they’re closing in about a month. Weekly trips here willl be no more. i enjoyed being a patron here as they always had a pretty decent selection.

We have only sold our blu rays and video games here and they do not give you anything for them. You are better off seeing if a friend wants them and just give them away. My husband is a avid blu ray collector and keeps his in pristine condition. We brought in two bags and they took all of them except for the ones they had too many copies of. We got about $ 20.00… What a joke, for brand new pristine condition blu rays. We won’t even waste our time. I’d rather give them away to someone.

Very poor customer service the two man behind the counter we’re very inexperienced on doing this exchange and pricing what across the street to GameWorks and got twice the price suggest to not go there they try undercutting the kids under games and also Best Buy pays more than they do to do not use them they will pay you very low and don’t care suggestions best buys or GameWorks more honest and better customer service

Bought a game was offered no test for the game spent more then a hour looking at their selection before picking my games (nothing in the entire store was appealing to me anymore) And spent another 20 minutes in line after I left and got home I tried my one of my games that wouldn’t even get close to reading how it was on the shelf idk. Called the next morning starting at 11:30 and didn’t get an answer till 2:20 finally I was told by an extremely rude employee that I couldn’t not only be forced to get store credit but once again I would have to attempt to find something «cool» to replace it I don’t feel like waiting months for someone to sell them another game I’d prefer that’s just stupid this policy is ridiculous because I can’t even go to another store and check out another selection I’m left with the same one I spent more then a hour looking at.

I went into the store yesterday and spoke with Chuck & Nick and they were both extremely helpful and knowledgable letting me know about games they had and systems. I ended up purchasing a GameCube, a Nintendo 64 and a few games. I had an awesome experience. I’ll be returning soon!

Amazing location, knowledgable competent people behind the register. Chill relax environment no pressure to buy and very reasonable prices. If they don’t have what you are looking for they do their best to steer you in the right direction. Always good to know places like these still exist.

Wow. I don’t know what happened to this place. I’ve been shopping here for years, so it seems like they had a change in management. The employees here are rude, unengaging, unhelpful and cold. Though this has never been the friendliest place to shop, it has become much worse over the past 6 months or so. I bought a Wii game here that, when I tried to use it at home, was defective. My Wii could not read the disc. Though their receipts state that «Everything we sell is guaranteed to play like new!» this is clearly not the case. I took it back to the store, and after they cleaned the disc and attempted to play it (it still wouldn’t work) I was given STORE CREDIT on a RECEIPT (not even a card. A flimsy receipt!) that only works at THIS LOCATION! Not ANY other Disc Replay. They did not have another copy of my game in stock.
Obviously, they do not check if the items they sell work. Also, when I was here, a disabled woman on a scooter was attempting to sell a set of CDs she had. The employee «helping» her was disgustingly rude. After begrudgingly checking over her CDs with a BIG sigh, flipping through them as if they were smelly garbage, he told her that they don’t take «old» merchandise like CDs, and to take it over to Saver’s to donate. Sheesh. Your owner is a thief, this place is a rip-​off, and your employees are rude teenagers. Once I find something with my «$ 20 Store Credit», I’m never shopping here again.

I love this place and let me tell you why… they have music and movies you aren’t gonna find anywhere except online. Their prices are reasonable. They are well organized. Staff is friendly. I’ve never traded anything in but i’d imagine they’d be reasonable. I recommend this place.

Huge selection.
Small kids section tucked in the back. Lots of games.
Even a good amount of 3d blu ray (which I wish were in their own section).
But…and this is a HUGE but, prices are exorbitant. If I wanted to spend 20 bucks for some of these items, I’d buy it new at target or best buy.
I thought the reviews mentioning price were silly, then I visited. We bought Game of Thrones new on bluray/​DVD combo w/​digital copy for 30. Here its used, DVD $ 40.
Just way overpriced. They do realize they are a USED movie store right?

Good selection of used games and consoles going as far back as the original NES. Staff might not be the most helpful but this place is definitely worth a look.

If there’s a certain movie that you’re looking for, chances are that it will be here. I have been able to find most, if not all, of the movies and TV shows that I have wanted on DVD here, and for great prices. Being that this is a resell shop, many of the merchandise is used. And with used merchandise comes scuffed DVD cases, even a scratch or two on the discs. But they’re all playable.
Disc Replay also has video games and consoles for sale, including Game Boy, Nintendo DS, Super Nintendo, XBox, and Wii. My SO got an XBox (an older model, but still just as good) for $ 40, and purchased 6 games for $ 25. Quite the bargain.
I have not sold any games, videos, or consoles here, so unfortunately, I cannot comment on that aspect.
This is definitely one of my favorite places to get movies and games!

Apart from having good deals on DVDs I would never recommend this store to anyone. The customer service is a despicable show of laziness and wrong prioritisation. The management is on the lowest level possible.

Wall to wall selections of games, music, movies, and collectable sets! Great prices, and usually have hard to find movies, which are both big pluses in my book. The staff is really helpful and will offer to put your name on a list if a certain item were to come in. They also have a separate section for DVD collections and kids movies so you do not have to sift through the 1000’s of alphabetically listed DVDs to find items like that. The only downside is if you sell, you generally do not get much cash. The in store credit is generally the better way to go!

I am building up my DVD collection for the kids & I have great luck finding all the movies I’m looking for! The inventory is always changing so if I don’t see it I just check back another time & I usually find it.
The prices average about $ 4 for most but can go higher & lower. I’ve never had a problem with a bad DVD either.
I’ve gotten a few games & CDs in the past too but they carry tons of movies. If your looking for a movie check them out 1^st

Easy location to find with a lot of parking. My friend let me know that their thing is more video games apparently. I wish I knew before I came here to sell but I just didn’t do proper research.

I got $ 17. Wah, wah, sad situation. I could have sold these things on Amazon/​Ebay for a bit more but this was quick & easy (twss).
So if you need to sell video games, this is the go to place. But apparently CDs/​DVDs/​BluRays, you’re better off elsewhere for top dollah. It’s great to find use items as a good price though.

This is quickly becoming my new favorite place to buy my movies. They have a nice selection of used DVD’s & Blu-Ray’s. They have everything from regular movies to Wrestling DVD’s.
The selection here is good but a few other Disc Replay’s I’ve visited were a little bigger & had more of a selection. They also sell games here. They sell everything from modern game consoles to Sega Genesis games. They have some really cool old video game systems on display which makes it fun to browse & remember when those systems were brand new. They had an old Sega Master system on display for $ 249. I thought this was awesome because I have never even seen on of those systems.
Most of their prices are fair. Even with being able to buy a lot of new DVD’s & Blu-​Rays at Wal-​Mart for $ 5 — $ 7.50 the prices here are still good & seem fair.
The staff here has always been nice to me when I go to the counter to ask a question or to check out. Another nice thing about this place is that even though they have thousands of movies everything is in alphabetical order.
So if you’re looking for music, games or movies this is definitely a good place to check out. I have become a repeat customer & enjoy shopping here.

Disc Replay has a nice selection of used blue ray movies and Video games. Unlike game stop these guys still have the old games also and a good selection at that. The blue ray section here is a good size and prices are on par with used movies on Amazon. Service here is also very good. One disc was missing a book so they knocked $ 5 off the price. Good place to go if you are looking for a old movie or game.

Walking into this place you almost get overwhelmed at first because you just don’t know where to start! My fiancé and I are both huge movie buffs, but I think he acts more like a kid in a candy store when we come here.
Really, you can find just about any movie to add to your collection. Wall to wall movies, games and CD’s. You can also sell them your old stuff as well.
They only complaint I have is that I would love this place even more if they had more of a selection on Super Nintendo games. yes I am a nerd, but I love my SN! :))
If you are looking to find cheap, good movies or games, I would try this place out first. Save yourself some money!

Just as the title states, they sell used discs of all kinds — games, audio CDs, DVDs and Blu Ray discs, but they also have non-​disc related items such as VHS and game consoles and components, gamer guides. If you are just starting out a movie collection, Disc Replay is a good place to get cracking on that cinema fix. They guarantee that all discs play like new, and they will even «doctor» your discs if they are scratched or are not playing right.
A little less than half of my BluRay collection is from Disc Replay and I have never had a problem with any of the discs. The staff are helpful when calling in to check if an item is in stock. This store is laid out nicely, compared to other Disc Replays. Once you walk in, you’ll find that the DVDs are in alphabetical order, and it might not be exactly in order, but it goes from A-​Z for the most part. Blu Rays are on the right hand wall, TV specials and complete seasons are to the right of that. Video games are in the back of the store to the left, and the clearance wall is on the right in the back of the store.
The last time I came in I was able to walk out with mint copies of Breaking Bad Blu Ray Seasons 1 – 3, and for cheaper and faster than I could have gotten them at Amazon, even for used. Music selection for purchase isn’t that great, but they have more Blu Rays than other locations.
