Firestone Tire & Service Centers

Pretty impressed with this firestone location. Had my tires replaced here and they were very timely in service. They weren’t pushy at all in trying to get me to do other services either, which is a big thumbs up.

No no no, this place is terrible.
I went in for tires, simple. right? Leaving the shop 1^st time, coincidentally BOTH wheel bearing just went bad in the shop. Rolled in with no noises, left with vibrations and noise. They’re response is, bring it in. Well they don’t appreciate my time, they just complained how much time it cost them. I brought the car back in and paid $ 500 for new wheel bearings, then had to bring it back in again after getting two
other shops verifying the bearing was installed wrong. I brought it back a third time and the bearing is still bad. I had the car there 3 times with no resolution. It will take a fourth!
3x in their shop and I leave now my exhaust pipe is broken… either they did it or didn’t notice the broken hangers. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid.

Horrible place
Rude people, they gave me one price and when I went back tried to charge me $ 100 more. I would never return to a firestone

My son’s car was making some pretty awful sounds. I called and spoke to Jose who told me to bring the car down and they’d take a look at it. They got me in withing 20 minutes. Scott advised me on the problems it was having. I knew it was going to be a laundry list. But he explained the costs and what items were necessary first. I was very happy to receive great service and advice on what to do.
I will go back for sure.

I really like the end product of the experience I had here, but not the execution. But I will try to overlook it because the people at this place aren’t as «sheister”-y as they are at other places!
I called on a Thursday to make an appointment on Saturday to drop the car off for one tire change (we had a flat) and an oil change. He said it would take about 45 minutes. So I said we would be back after breakfast for the car at 9;30, just to give them a little leeway. I was told this was no problem.
So you can understand my utter confusion when my husband came out of the shop saying the car wouldn’t be ready until 1 pm. We would have already been out of town by then, so that was NOT feesible.
Turns out they talked my husband into changing two tires, the oil change, this check, realigning, etc. etc. etc. Um, no thanks. If that is all that necessary, we will do it at another juncture. Just give me my car when I told you I needed it. Kthxbye.
But the work was good, and the price was fair.

These guys are great! From oil changes to new tires to fixing ANYTHING that might be wrong; this is the place to go. They offer great prices and a loyalty program. No matter how busy they are; they always make time for me (and others). The technicians are very informed and knowledgeable. They are also very honest; they do not try to sell me on services I don’t need. They often suggest extra things but they are NOT pushy at all and will be honest if you ask them if your car really needs something.

GREAT JOB! Top notch help at this place.
I had the valve replaced on one of my show car rims today. I’d never have been able to replace it if it had gotten messed up.
No scratches, no problems, great attitude, reasonable price, and done without long delays or any hassles at all.
I’d take any of my cars there :)

Being the busy lady I am, I’ll randomly come across a day that I have a bit of time and realize that I need an oil change. This place often takes my car within an hour of my stopping in or calling. They honestly tell me if they don’t have time to service my car that day, so I don’t spend time waiting around with no car.
That said, sometimes they’ll call me after I’ve left and tell me about some kind of maintenance that needs repair, which will take longer. I’m grateful my car continues to run with their help. All in all, I appreciate the friendly staff and honest service.

Chris and Paul are great guys who will not steer you wrong (no pun intended).
