Yankee Ferry

I don’t know where to begin! A view that rivals the best penthouses in Manhattan, clear viability from the GW bridge all the way to the Statue of Liberty.
We woke to a breakfast made of fresh eggs and vegetables from the Organic Farm on the pier and the live on Chickens off the Galley. Followed by some sunbathing on the upper deck, while my mate read the paper in a 3 person hammock. How he could take his eye off the view I don’t know. The staff was so great, and had so many great insights to venturing around in Manhattan.
At first we were really hesitant about staying across the river and out of the center of it all. But the trip was really convenient with access to the subway, bus to midtown. There is a ferry that runs across but we didn’t ride it. Next time.
Can’t wait to come back. Really a great little secret.
