Viola Vita is a great little boutique store in Hoboken filled with beautiful, high-​quality Italian leather goods. From jackets to bags to shoes, this place has the classics that will never go out of style season to season. Reasonably priced, especially considering the quality of the items is really fantastic. And the owner is so friendly and puts no pressure on store visitors to buy anything — the pieces speak for themselves! I just bought a gorgeous cropped leather jacket that I know I’ll wear forever. Will absolutely go back and recommend this spot to my friends.

This is a very cute shop in our neighborhood. we used to cross it everyday and used to love the window décor. One day we decided to check it out and were pleasantly surprised by the high quality of handbags, shearling coats, leather jackets and boots. everything is manufactured in Florence Italy and is of superior quality. Mario the owner of the shop is great with clients and the prices are less than what you will pay in other big stores. More importantly its very hard to find this type of stuff in other big places.

To be honest, I’ve spent a lot of time at the leather factories in Italy as well as roaming the streets of Florence, and you are guaranteed a better quality product at Viola Vita. Plus, each style of handbag chosen is unique so you will not be carrying the same purse as someone else on the street. The quality of the leather is top notch. Also, the leather jackets, boots, and coats are constructed by hand. Mario the owner is outgoing and loves his business. He prides himself on assuring that all goods are made in Italy and nowhere else. The quality beats all of those high end, fancy designers by a long shot!
