I purchased a mattress from Sleepys that dipped on both sides after less than two years. I called the store to discuss the faulty mattress and they passed me off to the 1800 #. I’ve now gotten the runaround from customer care and can’t seem to get any traction. I may have to try the better business bureau.

I honestly can’t say I have had a better customer service experience at any mattress store. Nick gave me the best price I could’ve asked for and when I came to pick up the mattress Carl actually lifted it and put it in the car for me. Great store and even better management. The other reviews on here are definitely wrong.

One of the absolute worst customer service I’ve ever come across. The TWO salesmen couldn’t have been less helpful. Instead of helping my girlfriend and I choose a bed they played on their phones and answered our questions as if we were idiots. They couldn’t even have been bothered to get up and help us. Shame on this store. Why it exists is a mystery to me. Hoboken doesn’t need a multiple floored mattress store. Especially if he filled with incompetent, rude, and lazy salesmen. Avoid and take your business elsewhere!!’

What a serious waste of time. Walked into the store last Saturday the 27th… two employees working. One I couldn’t even describe because he sat off to the back right at a desk and didn’t look up from his phone. The second man asked us if he could help us, and my boyfriend and I say, «We’re looking to buy a mattress». Standard right? Hey salesman, here’s the part where you do your job and explain options, budget, feel, brands, options, etc, and/or show us around. Instead, what we got was a few curt answers to our questions and no follow up questions in return. We showed ourselves around the store, including the upstairs, while he went back over to the guy at the desk and got on HIS phone. It was awkward to say the least. ZERO customer service, and honestly, I don’t think I’ll visit a Sleepy’s again if that’s the level of customer service I can expect.

Brand new mattress that’s sagging already and has a deep soft spot. Simmons Beautyrest Legend Series. They sent a home inspector who told me they should take care of it because of apparent broken coils. Sleepy’s said report only listed sagging and doesn’t meet warranty conditions because it’s only 1″ on each side. When I said I had the inspection because of the deep soft spot they said too bad, only 1 inspection per calendar year — despite fact that the spot is exactly what I pointed out to the inspector. Terrible customer service. Inspector flat out lied either to me or in his report because they don’t match. Simmons and Sleepy’s are both off my list for life. Awful customer service. If it was a $ 500 mattress I would expect garbage. For several thousand, I would expect customer service and a quality mattress. Not that crap either of them are selling.

Had a very bad experience at this store and would never go back. Ordered a mattress from Carl, the salesman, because he told me that the sale ended that day. Decided a few hours later to cancel the order snd shop around a little more. Called to cancel and the manager offered me a discount. I accepted it. He told me the new order would be emailed in 10 – 15 minutes. 2 days later still nothing in email, and the sale was still on. I called and Carl told me I was wrong, as he was with the manager when I had called to cancel the order. He became argumentative and rude with me. I asked him why he was not honoring the manager’s agreement. His response was, «Cancel the order then!» So I did. Two days later the delivery people tried to deliver the mattress to my home. I told them I had cancelled the order 2 days earlier. The manager called, apologized and made excuses for Carl, and offered another discount. I said no, thanks! It took several days, and 3 phone calls, for them to process the credit to my credit card.
