Gas leak = 10 days before it merits a look see.
Broken window = four + months for repair.
A number of design choices that don’t make sense. Also a little creepy to have the public elevator opening into each apartment. Never know what you are going to see when you take the elevator…
Was out of water when the rest of Hoboken was. The grey water system on the roof didn’t keep the toilets functioning any longer than other buildings and since they are tankless it isn’t an option to fill up the ranks to make them work.
Can’t put up shelves in the wall because the pipes are so shallowly buried you never know what you are going to hit.
