Little confused about earlier reviews. Place was clean, staff was friendly, and food is good. They don’t reinvent the sandwhich and you don’t need to spend 12 bucks for a sub.

I have been a steady customer here since they opened. I find the place very clean and neat, and the staff very helpful and friendly. They have the necessities, plus some upscale-​type cookies and other items. They have Boarshead meats, and their lox is quite good and reasonable.
They carry the NY TImes and other newspapers, as well as offering fresh coffee, rolls, soda, chips, and other snacks. They carry organic and regular milk, which you don’t find in all deli’s. We have ordered sandwich plates for small get-​togethers and they were delivered exactly on time and very tasty.

Would be nice if they were just a little grocery store. It’s clean and they have quality goods. The Deli however, sucks. The «grilled chicken» is actually microwaved chicken, and the salads are terrible. You’re better off going to Shop– Rite.

It’s a nice store and has a lot of necessities, but I’d avoid getting a sandwich here. I bought two sandwiches and each had pre-​sliced and pre-​packaged meats waiting and sitting in their fridge.
The 2 stars are for the food, but the establishment itself is very nice and clean and, yes, the service is also very friendly.

Can’t comment on their food but the grocery selection is great when you don’t want to walk a whole entire block away to get to shoprite. A little pricey but worth the convenience. And the staff is super friendly.

I love Liberty Gourmet!!! Great sandwiches, GREAT BAGEL w/​LOX, CREAM CHEESE, TOMATO and RED ONION!!! Chips, good drinks, packets of medicines, friendly staff. Magazines, chocolate, luna bars! What more could you ask for?

Midway between home and shop rite. They definitely have the necessities and very personable staff.
Let’s call it what it is: a bodega… that said, it’s easily the cleanest bodega in the country.

Liberty Gourmet boasts one of the greatest selections of groceries and sandwiches anyone will ever find. I first fell in love when I used to smoke cigarettes and I would go here to buy my packs. The staff were some of the most friendly people I had ever encountered. Also, when I used to work in NJ I would come here in the morning and get a coffee everyday, and the flavors were great.
If you’re ever in need of a quick sandwich and a welcoming atmosphere this is the place to go to.
