DONOTUSETHISDRYCLEANER!!! I have never been treated so poorly in my life. I took a pair of jeans to get hemmed. They were still too long, so I took them back to get fixed. I was told by the gentleman it was all my fault and that he wouldn’t fix them. After I politely told him that was ridiculous, he continued to give me tons of attitude. Finally I got him to remeasure, but he then refused to deliver them. At that point, I just took my jeans back to get done elsewhere, told him I’d never come back, and he started screaming at me in a different language and basically threw me out of his store. Absolutely awful experience

I live above this place so it would be extremely convinient except the owner has a horrible attitude and doesnt speak ever. I went to have a expensive white button down shirt dry cleaned and it was very expensive but I did it and they did a great job. I also asked to clean a white cotton dress and they wanted close to $ 30(the dress was worth $ 68 to begin with) so i said no and got it dry cleaned for $ 6.50 else where. I guess you pay for convenience here and that would be ok if the staff was welcoming or nice. I rushed in on a Saturday with grocery bags and my dog on my way back to my apartment and t he owner barley spoke just gave me a dirty look and fussed about the dog and got impatient with me so just rushed what i needed out of me so i can get out as quickly as possible. He could have just said no dogs which i didn’t mind leave my dog outside. I see him basically everyday and he is always just as dry. Bad customer service and pricey.

Ugh — I lost my dry cleaner! I went here for a handful of months when the owner decided to tell me off. Really? Yes, really. I brought a pair of jeans in to get a new zipper and was tinkering with whether it was worth fixing them — it was $ 15. I was talking to myself(inadvertently, Mr. Julie dry cleaner) when he walked away from the desk and sat in his little area in front of the window, blowing me off. When I said, «Are you really just walking away,» he began freaking out on me because I thought $ 15 was more than I wanted to spend. I told him I had been coming there for months, recommended his service and spent nearly $ 60 a week on dry cleaning. He didn’t care — he just looked out the friggin’ window. I was blown away. I told him I was taking my business elsewhere — he said he didn’t care. It’s a shame — they do a pretty good job, but are pricey, and apparently, don’t give a rat’s ass about their customers.
