Same day service you just can’t beat! I had been putting off getting my creaky garage door worked on. It just isn’t something you enjoy spending money on. But I couldn’t take it any longer and called Access. The service manager was super helpful, efficient and polite. She said a technician would call me when he was on his way… TODAY. What?!? When does that ever happen? Sure enough about 1 ½ hours later David called (I was in shock). He was on his way. About 20 minutes later he arrived. Evaluated my door, tuned it up, even put an extra screw in it so it wouldn’t do what it did again. He was also polite, professional and efficient. Door is good as new! Still in shock that 1. Got in touch with someone today 2. They came out same day 3. They called me when on his way and 4. Actually showed up when they said they would. And 5. did an awesome job fixing my garage door.
